A lovely three bedroom apartment, with a terrace to enjoy many al fresco evenings in this wonderfully mild climate...
This is a great apartment to enjoy with friends or family.
It is located in the very center, in a quiet area, full of restaurants, cafes, shops..
The spacious and nice living/dining area with two comfortable sofas, a 50 inch TV ( with cable tv , many international channels , and NETFLIX ) and free wifi it’s the perfect place to plan your stay in Barcelona.
There is also direct access to an additional small terrace.
One of the huge sofas converts into a double bed for the 7th and 8th guests.
There is a dining table and chairs should you choose to dine indoors and not outside on the larger terrace!!
The master bedroom comes with a double bed, ample wardrobe space, TV, and a private bathroom.
The second and third bedrooms each have twin beds and wardrobe space for your belongings.
All of the bedrooms have lots of natural light (and blinds in case you want to rest in a completely dark place).
The two full bathrooms come complete with bath/shower, washbasin and toilet.
Fresh towels and lines are provided for your stay. And all kinds of details such as shampoo, gel ...
The spacious kitchen with direct access to the sunny terrace has everything you might need for your stay including coffee maker , NESPRESSO coffee machine, toaster, juicer, kettle, microwave, oven , dishwasher, etc.
Tea and coffee are also at your disposal !!!
For those al-fresco meals, the comfortable terrace is peaceful and sunny and ideal for sampling some Spanish wine and tapas.
The apartment is fully equipped:

It is perfect for families with children.
It has a baby cot/crib, and a high chair for babies (please ask us in advance, so everything is ready for you on your arrival).

Check-in and check-out are flexible, except in cases in which there is a group coming/leaving the same day
We always welcome guests personally to ensure they arrive well, they understand all facilities and may have their questions answered.
Now, in Spain , you should pay, a tourist tax of 5.50€, per person/per night , up to maximum of 7 nights ( children under 17 years old are exempt), payment will be made only in cash on arrival at the apartment and it’s additional to the price of the reservation.
Please do not loose the keys as there is a 30€ charge for the new set of keys.
Parties and music after 22:00 are not allowed, even on the terraces.
Groups of young people under 25 years old are not allowed.

The only negative would be the size of the bed in bedroom number 2,3. They appear to be smaller than traditional North American twin size beds. Were functional but appear small

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The location was great, within walking distance to La Ramblas. The only thing I will note is there is no air conditioning in the two twin bedrooms and it gets pretty warm. There are fans provided, however, one we were not able to use as it was faulty. Overall it was a very nice stay.

Once we figured out how to get around it was great
. Close to supermarkets and restaurants. It was nice to come back to the apartment and chill in the evenings with a glass of wine on the deck out front and people watch. We also had coffee on the deck as well.

Property is immaculately clean. Beds are comfortable. There is a small balcony that overlooks the street and the cutest larger balcony off the kitchen. We didn’t cook anything, but the kitchen is well stocked with dishes and pots. We did was clothes - washer and dryer are easy to use and detergent is provided. A good location, a few blocks from the Rambla, within walking distance to the cathedral, short taxi ride to Park Guell and La Sagrada Familia. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

This was a good apartment. Clean and good communication with the host. The 2nd bathroom had that sewer gas smell that seems to permeate Barcelona but opening some windows aired that out.
Beds were comfortable but rooms 2 and 3 are tiny.
Kitchen was nice.
Showers were great. They were hot and powerful and nice after a long day of adventure.
There was a washer and dryer, but we never did figure out how to make the dryer actually dry anything.
Near the metro. A small grocery was across the street. Neighborhood was residential, not very attractive, but safe.
Indian / Pakistani restaurant around the corner is fantastic.
Street noise can be loud at night. Woke us up a couple times each night.
Overall, a good, safe and convenient place to stay. Definitely max 4 adults.

Once we got our bearing to where everything was we really enjoyed the location. Hop on hop off stop was a 10 min walk towadrs world trade center located in the port where we were cruising from.

This apartment exceeded my expectations. It is spacious and well laid out. Check-in instructions were a little confusing, but the owner was very responsive, and we were able to resolve initial apartment access issue in no time. Owner also provided an extensive list of dining and tourist suggestions, which was much appreciated.
Parking garage is two blocks away, and we were also able to find metered parking on the street.

I can't say enough good things about this apartment. It is even nicer than the pictures indicate. Comfortable, beautiful and full of extras. The location is convenient to everything and the neighborhood quiet. The owner was easy to get in touch with and even greeted us when we arrived. You can't go wrong with this apartment!

The flat was beautiful and the furniture was very comfortable! Our hostess was amazing and helpful! Would highly recommend for a family. There is an elevator large enough for 3 adults and luggage although the flat is just one flight of stairs up from the lobby. Within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and sites.

Spacious 3 bedroom flat, which had everything we needed for our 2 night stay in Barcelona. I travelled with 3 friends - the sofa bed in the living room provided us each with our own area to sleep in, which was great. The flat had 2 good sized bathrooms, which made getting ready in the mornings really easy. There is a supermarket directly opposite the building, which was really handy.
Check in is 3pm so I contacted Belen prior to our stay to ask if we could leave our luggage and she kindly obliged. She also allowed us to keep a key and store our luggage on our departure day, which was very helpful!
Building is about a 10/15 min walk to La Rambla and an extra 5 mins to the marina area. There’s also a Metro station pretty close by.
“Morning Glory” is an excellent spot for breakfast and is only a 10 min walk away - we’ll worth a try, this place was amazing!!!
Belen was easy to contact and made the check in process easy. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The accommodation provided was great and exactly as described. Communication with Belen was easy and quick and she was very flexible and supported our stay requests. The property is in a great location, convenient grocery shopping, restaurants etc. and just a short walk to the Metro which get's you anywhere - perfect base for our MotoGP weekend

The location is excellent and the apartment is amazing. Belen was a wonderful host who personally checked us in. She even gave us a great recommendation for Flamenco. We had a wonderful time, and it was easy to get to the best parts of Barcelona. Finally, there are so many great restaurants nearby.

This property was very comfortable, and we enjoyed it very much. Check in was very easy, and the owner very helpful. During the day, we loved hearing the doves, and during the night our kids said the birds sounded more like pterodactyls fighting! It was only the first night though, and they didn't hear them after that. The grocery store across the street is very convenient. Would definitely stay here again given the chance

Great for a family ...plenty space. Kitchen has everything. Good wifi. Supermarket in front. Good size balcony....great for eating your meals. We were 6 people and we had plenty space . Washer and dryer is a bonus . Walk in shower and bath . Lift . Within easy walking distance to many attractions including barrio Gótico and harbour. Metro nearby. The bus from the airport stops at Pl España, a 20 minute easy walk to the apartment. 10 minute walk up to the olympic stadium if you're going to a concert.

The property was excellent. ( The neighborhood was loud with alot of street construction noise. They're putting in nice trees along the street and it should be done soon.
There was alot of people out in the street until 1 and 2 in the morning that woke us up. )
We were a party of 4 adults and 4 kids so this property was excellent. Richard met us to let us in and showed us around the apartment. There is a grocery store right across the street that was very convenient. There were restaurants nearby too.
The washer and dryer was a big plus for us with 4 kids getting ready to go on a 7 day cruise.
I would definitely stay here again !

The location of the place is very convenient not only because everything is close by like the supermarket across the street and the pharmacy only a few minutes walking but it’s also close to different tourist places in Barcelona. Nice quiet neighborhood although we had some street construction all week which wasn't too much of an issue since we were out and about during the day.
The living room furniture could use some refreshing and I'll note housekeeping needs to mop the floors before guests arrive and a few more supplies for longer stays would be helpful. We had to buy more soap, TP and paper towels.
Overall it's a clean apartment with everything you need including laundry just a couple blocks from the L3 metro so getting around is real easy.

The property is very nice and well furnished. The location isn't bad. There is a grocery store across the street and plenty of restaurants/bars nearby. You are typically a 15-20 Euro taxi ride to most attractions. The one BIG complaint was that nothing was mentioned about major road construction in front of the unit, literally feet from the front door. We are talking about jackhammers and such. Luckily for us we arrived Tursday and Wednesday was a national holiday. The other days we were mostly out during the day.

Great experience with the communication, check in and overall help from the owner and her colleague. One small point was the floor. We are a 'shoes off indoors' family and, although the floors had been hoovered, they needed a good mop. But apart from that, great location, quiet street, comfy apartment which the owner clearly takes pride in. Would recommend.

We enjoyed our stay. We had plenty of room
and it was clean. The only complaints would be that some of the bedrooms were warm because the A/C didn’t reach back there and they had only 1 fan but it was broken. We also didn’t love the location. It was kinda close to the beach, but the area is not as nice.

Close to everything
The apartment is close to everything, 15 minutes walk to the beach, 10 minutes to Montjuic, 10 minutes to la Rambla. 3 groceries store close (Including Condis and Lidl). At night we enjoyed sitting on the front balcony. We were 7 and the size was perfect with 2 full bathrooms. Thanks to Belem and Richard.

We really enjoyed our stay. Apartment was spacious with good air conditioning. We also enjoyed the balconies. Felt like a safe neighborhood with easy access to everything, either walking or Metro.
