The location of the property was superb

Right on the beach and close to the area with restaurants. Quite small but comfortable room with everything you need, very clean. No toiletries, even soap, but it wasn't a big deal, shop across the road has it all. Two nice pools on the territory and enough sunbeds there. Used it a few times. If you have a car there are spots onsite the apartment block or outside if we came very late, so no problems with parking.
We were unlucky to have a very bad weather, pouring rain. The apartment is on the ground floor and it was a little wet and coldish at night as sun doesn't really get there in a bad weather. But we had blankets and warm covers for the night. It could be an advantage though in a hot weather. Our clothes would never dry well enough so we couldn't even use the washing machine, it would be great if the washing machine had a dryer in it. We were given enough towels and en extra bedlinen, so it was fine. But I understand that the weather like this is an exception so can't really complain. Also it was extremely hard to find the apartment, it's a real maze of apartments. Would be great if the company who owns this could make a rough plan or picture with numbers of blocks as it is not very straightforward especially if you arrive at night. Took us about an hour to find the place and then to figure out the block we were in...

location to beach and restaurants was excellent . clean comfortable and had everything you needed. perhaps an added bbq would be good. good value for money

The apartment was spacious with everything we needed and included a great balcony.
The location was perfect adjacent to beach and beach front bars/restaurants. But also within walking distance of supermarkets and other bars and restaurants.
The pool area was a beautiful grassed area surrounded by trees. It was well kept and there were plenty of sunbeds.

We liked the position near to the beach , comfortable bet, kitchen, equipment , beautiful appartment and cats outside.
We were very Disturbed by the workers that spoke too loud in the corridors every day . There is technical work that is running everytime so if you want to have a nap during the day or simply enjoy the quietness or silence - you have no chance. Also neighbours were very very loud, made parties until 5 am . The corridors are with echo and workers are not taking care of it and speaking too much and too loud.

1. I orded the taxi before the travel (#57598767), but in the airport de Malaga I had not found the taxi. I payed the taxi second time.
2. Nobody cleaned the room .They left only sheets and towels in a bag on the room.
3. After two weeks we changed the hotel, and I send to Booking com a mail. Nobody responded .

Inadequate lighting in stairwells as the lift was broken.

The urbanization was not well kept and only 1 pool was open. Lots of mosquitos about and dead plants.

The neighborhood is quite and pleasant and really near to the beach.
The apartment was refurbished recently and has all the facilities you need for a week stay.
We recommend this place.

Location was brilliant. Right beside the beach
the studio had a gorgeous bathroom but the beds need upgrading and could be more comfortable. Overall, the studio was great for our needs but needs to be updated especially the Terrace (which is massive). A bit of work on this and it would be spectacular as with the studio as it is quite dated in decor.

It was newly decorated, attractive, immaculately clean and in a fantastic location.
The kitchen was well equipped and having a washing machine was a bonus.
My teenage daughter didn’t like not having WiFi in the accommodation.
The wooden outdoor furniture was a little uncomfortable. Some cushions might help.

The location. The apartment had a good space and a nice balcony.
That it was not clean when we arrived and the cockroaches and spiders that decided to pay us a visit.
