Great location for us, exactly what was required.

Everything was as needed.

The property was well located in Leigh-on-Sea.

As soon as we opened the front door, we were hit with a terrible smell of damp. Although the photos make it look fresh and clean, this couldn’t be further from the truth; the carpets were filthy and the place felt really grubby. I doubt it had even been hoovered prior to our check-in as there were two used contact lenses on the floor right next to one of the beds and there were cobwebs on the walls. The sheets on the beds had an odour of washing powder mixed with cigarette smoke. When we ran the tap in the kitchen it stank of rotten eggs. There were dirty splash marks on the wall next to the toilet - I can only suspect they were vomit splatters, given their proximity to the toilet bowl. We arrived after dinner on the evening of our first night and promptly left after breakfast the next morning, rather than staying two nights as planned. We couldn’t bear to stay there any longer. Do not be fooled by the pictures; this is nothing more than a grotty, stinky flat filled with tat from Home Sense.

Slugs in the bathroom, the sink in the bathroom didn’t drain well

clean tidy and hosts were very welcoming and helpful. couldn’t of asked for more. few bits in the kitchen to help us along.

ground floor, lots of space. nice kitchen

nothing really apart from I would have liked some instructions for the smart tv as I couldn’t get it to work and had to call maintenance man out.

I wish they put the mirror in front of the drawers in the master bedroom instead of above the bed lol ! ( swap them around)

Angie was a friendly and patient host. Beautiful apartment for a small family. Very clean and fresh. Nice decor. Good location. Well presented. Very good for self catering holidays. Nice kitchen. Perfect for our overnight stay. Beautiful bathroom. Heating worked very well. Access to a lovely garden.

The booking system was too long winded. TV wasn't straight forward to operate. Maybe add shower gel in the bathroom? Upstairs apartment had creaky floorboards which was disturbing late at night.

The arrangement process to book was far to long winded. I had over 13 emails and had to log personal details (passport copy) via an uncertificated Web page. Please review and refine as the rest of the experience was 9+

The size, comfort and location.

The shower was lovely but it was not draining as quick. The drain.needs unlocking.

Nice and hidden away in a busy area but very close to the seafront and there’s a shop just 3 min walk away. Nice and modern and overall was very lovely. The staff were brilliant as well, reply very quickly and were very polite

Angie was very good. On our arrival she quickly arrived and showed us around the property and explained where everything was.

The toilet door locked jammed on the first night. You needed a degree to work out the TV.
