What a wonderful place and location. The condo was well equipped with everything you and lots of little amenities you wont find in some of the more sterile rentals. Full gated access made us feel very secure coming and going. The beach was right there, easy access with places to wash off sand. The pool was wonder on some days when we just wanted cool off or chill. It was perfect for a nice escape. Easy walk to many restaurant.

We stayed on this property for 8 days on March 26, 3 adult and 2 children. The house is big and everything we needed was on site. The kitchen is well equipped, and the only thing missing are a few chef knives, but it’s not my first villa and I had brought a good one. Nothing fancy inside but has the Caribbean charm we expected. The beach is absolutely beautiful, quiet, away from the Riu tourist zoo and very close to the property. A good spot for snorkelling at the end of the beach, close to the golf. The pool was also quiet and a good spot to finish the day. Not a lot in the area but exactly what we were looking for. Denise has been very helpful, receptive and accommodating to our demand. Would definitely recommend.

The property, as many others have said is dated. The floor in the master creaks like a 100 year old house and the washer/dryer are very small and need to be replaced. That being said the villa was spacious and the location allowed you to walk anywhere on Paradise Island within 15 min or so. Right next to the pool and 50 yards to beach. The current/undertow at the beach are very strong and would be risky for small children as I saw no less than a dozen adults knocked off their feet over the week. For those who want to golf the course is close by and has some of the most spectacular views.

It was a great location, beautiful area. Two things that I would suggest that would be nice, is to have the villa updated! 1.Furniture, interior design, decor, appliances were out dated. 2. the window screens were broken and torn. otherwise it was wonderful for our time together!

The property location is ideal…The beach is beautiful, the pool is ok. The Villa is dated and the master bedroom needs help. The bed is extremely uncomfortable…I slept on the floor, no lie. The A/C in the master does nothing. Thank goodness for the beach but, everyone can use that as a sell point…

This is a lovely property. We enjoyed the conversations we had with all the residents, who gave us great advise on making our visit even better! The large pool, is very clean and well maintained. The fabulous beach is indeed a few steps away! My husband and I enjoyed our week March 26 to Apr 3 2022 very much, except there are three items the owner needs to address... 1) The master bedroom's king size bed is the worst ever! My husband and I could not sleep in this bed after the first night! We had to move to one of the other bedrooms and sleep in the twin beds, We do not want minimize how terrible this mattress is! To us, this is a deal breaker!! 2) The plumbing should be checked. The bath tub on the second floor did not drain water. I had a shower Sunday March 27th and the shower water had not drained, even a bit, by our departure date of Apr 3rd - six days later! We give credit to Denise, the property manager (who was excellent and very responsive), offering to bring in a plumber and fix it immediately. Since we were on holiday, we really didn't want workmen around. So... this is a note to the next renter, to inquire if this issue has been fixed! 3) A final observation and suggestion to the owner - maybe invest in some new bedding - the 20 year (at least) Ikea duvet cover & pillow cases in the Master bedroom, should be updated. We know the age of this bedding since we have photos of our three year old son on our bed, with with exactly the same Ikea set!! Our son was with us on this vacation... he is now 28!! Overall, the price being charged was not worth it because of the substandard Master bed and bedding... sounds petty, but hotels live and die by the quality of their beds! Too bad because everything else about this property was excellent!!!

Exactly what we were looking for. Quiet, room to spread out with kitchen, pool and beach access. Close proximity to Atlantis. Home could definitely use some updates but overall we loved every minute of our stay!

Excellent place to stay while on vacation! The townhome was clean, spacious, safe and you couldn’t ask for a better location. Denise was great to work with. So happy we decided to pick this location instead of a hotel!

Perfect for a beach holiday in Bahamian sunshine

We really enjoyed our stay on paradise Island. The property was just as advertised. The beach was amazing and water so clear. Denise checked with us twice to make sure we were doing ok, which was very nice. We did not rent a car and found out there was not much within walking distance other then then small store/restaurant next door. We called Hilton for rides from the recommendation in the book and he was great. All the neighbors in the complex were so friendly and gave us lots of advice for good food and things we needed to see.

Everyone said it and it was a big reason we booked, but Denise is very helpful and easy to contact. She provided us with a large parasol based on previous feedback and there is other beach equipment to use also. We loved the easy access to the beautiful beach - walk down away from the hotel next door to the end of the bay for quiet, shade and curious fish! We also enjoyed the fact that we had a really nice pool when the kids wanted to muck about - all to ourselves. It is remote as a location and the mini market next door is limited with food options. Unless you have a car, there are no local shops, with the nearest back at the bridge which is still limited. Either come with food already or a car! As others have said, the Townhouse is dated but worked for us as it's very spacious. As we cooked every night we found the kitchen a challenge with the lack of some basic equipment and the age of the appliances. The three bedrooms were very handy with the balconies too, although the beds were not as comfortable as we'd hoped. You do pay a premium for the location and property size and we wonder whether it could do with a bit of love and attention.

We BBQ'd three times, but the only complaint here would be the flies. Definitely annoying, but that is nature right? We had everything we needed, but beach umbrellas need to be replaced with sturdier ones. No beach service, obviously, but we had a cooler, and the house is steps away anyways. Internet at the beach is 3g only, and signal is very weak. If the villa had internet, that would be a big plus. The internet in the house was all right. Denise was very very nice, and I would definitely reccomend this place. Would stay again, for sure.

Property was well maintained. The location for beach was great. Proximity to local restaurants and Atlantis were walking distance. Little local market with necessities right next door to condo complex.

The place is exactly as described in the post. Beach access is so nice. We grilled on the patio every night. Restaurants within walking distance. There are sand toys for kids plus beach chairs and umbrellas. Beds are comfortable. AC works well. We reached out to Denise a few times and she responded very quickly. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this property...It is beautifully located by the pool and a few steps to the fantastic long white sand beach. THe multiple bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen worked well for our family. We had a few small issues that (Denise) the property manager looked after swiftly and efficiently. We also had issues with one of our guests travel documents and Denise went above and beyond to try and help us. Wonderful location and wonderful care....thankyou Denise!

The condo accommodated our family of 5 perfectly. We enjoyed being able to purchase groceries for Breakfast and Lunch. The beach and pool were amazing. Denise was great to work with. She always answered our questions quickly and was an immense help.

We loved the place! Steps from the ocean, a very nice pool and plenty of room. All of the bedrooms were very nice and each had it's own bathroom, which was great for our group. I highly recommend and would stay there again.

A group of 4 family members stayed at the property during the Battle 4 Atlantis basketball tournament over Thanksgiving, and we loved the property and location! It was an easy walk to the Atlantis, but we avoided the crowds and high prices at the Atlantis hotel and restaurants. The beach at Miramar Villas is so beautiful and peaceful, and the water is clear and the most amazing turquoise color. We spent at least 4 hours at the beach every day and never got tired of it. With the rental unit just steps from the beach, it was easy to run up to get something to eat or take a short break. The unit itself had everything we needed and was very comfortable and just like home. Denise was easy to work with and very responsive to the few things we needed. She arranged a taxi from the airport that stopped at the grocery store so we could stock up on supplies at the beginning of our stay, and then if we ever needed a cab ride to dinner, we had the name and number so we didn't need to worry about finding a cab. We highly recommend this rental if you're visiting the Bahamas!

Our stay was phenomenal! We had a great time. Cabbage Beach is quite possibly one of THE most pristine beaches in the word, and we were a 30 sec. walk from it. It was almost like being on a private beach. No vendors to harass you, and you don't have to fight for space. You can just walk on and off at your leisure, and RELAX. We felt VERY safe! The property was clean, and well stocked with kitchen supplies, linens, and even had some beach accessories. It could use a little updating, but was by FAR the best bang for the buck you could ever ask for. The property owner, Denise, was extremely accommodating, and accessible. If we had a question, she got right back to us. The only minor problem was a mix up with the check-in so it was not ready when we got there, but it was just a very simple mistake, and did not have any negative effect on our stay. As for the complex, it is quiet and quaint. It has a gated entrance, so you feel private and safe. It seems to be mainly occupied by individuals or families who have owned there for years. Anyone we ran into, was very nice. We would definitely stay there again, and highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a peaceful place with space to enjoy Paradise Island, in the Bahamas. We loved staying at Mira Mar. The Condo was perfect for the 6 of us. The pool was clean and the beach was perfect due to the fact that we were the only people in the Mira Mar section. It only took 20 minutes to reach Atlantis restaurants by walking on the beach. Denise made sure that we arrived safely by phone call and answered any questions that we had. We would recommend this establishment.

This 3 bedroom condo provided exactly what we were looking for as a home base to explore Paradise Island and Nassau. It was spacious, clean, and well stocked with towels, beach chairs and umbrellas, kitchen essentials to include basic condiments, and washer and dryer. It was in a gated community which was quiet and very well kept. It had private access to the BEAUTIFUL beach which was far enough away from the Atlantis resort to feel private, but within walking distance if you wanted to experience what Atlantis had to offer. There were 6 adults in our group and we never felt crowded... Three full bedrooms each with their own bathroom, Dining area for 6, plenty of seating in the living area, and a private porch with table and chairs. We were able to walk to just about everything we wanted to get to. Violas and the Poop deck were are favorite restaurants...Conch Fritters, Cracked Conch and Conch salad!!!We took a day trip to Rose Island which was great. This condo is right next to the pool which we had all to our self most of the time. Ping pong table provided some friendly competition. The property owner Denise was totally accessible and very responsive to all our needs...She was great! In summary, this condo provided us private access to what I consider the most beautiful beach and emerald clear water in the world. I highly recommend it!!

there were 6 retired people just looking to relax,gamble,swim and explore the island. this condo was our little slice of heaven for the week. we cooked on the grill, swam in the beautiful pool and ocean,won a little money and traveled around with Travis! It was perfect!! Thanks so much!!

Perfect location directly on the prettiest beach on the island. Spotless and host was so helpful. Highly recommend!

I loved our stay. The beach is beyond beautiful. I felt safe on Paradise Island and the condo met all of our needs and I loved that it was close to the pool. My kids loved playing ping pong and now we are even getting a ping pong table after our stay. The master bedroom bed was SO comfortable.

Just finished up an 8 night stay at this condo. 4 adults and 2 kids, plenty of room for everyone. This unit is located right beside the condo (shared) pool, which was quiet and relaxing. Literally steps to the beach (on Cabbage Beach). Atlantis resort is about a 10 minute walk down the beach. The condo has plenty of dishes, towels, and all the comforts of home. Was a great trip!
