The house was even better than the photos! It was a beautiful space overall. Very clean and a huge space that was perfect (maybe even too much space!) for my group of 6. The property manager was very communicative and flexible. My friends and I had an amazing time and the property was the icing on the cake!

Fantastic. Great location. Classic old charm. It is three stories and stairs a little steep but it was built in 1895, what do you expect.
In town for an old college friends trip to Tulane game but we did a lot of other stuff as well.
Loved the location

This beautiful 3 story home in the lower Garden District was the perfect location with gated parking, a huge kitchen open to living and dining areas, an intimate patio with sting lights, and the most charming bedrooms. Our family was in and out for a long wedding weekend, and I am so grateful we had this actual home for home base as opposed to separate hotel rooms. Courtney our concierge was a pleasure to work with, and she made sure we had everything we needed and more. I would stay here again!!

Our family and friends spent 6 great days in NOLA, in part due this stately house. Close to great restaurants and the WWII museum, it was easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go (we even walked from Bacchanal restaurant in the Bywater back to the house). When we went to Audubon Park and Zoo we hopped on the nearby streetcar...so much fun. The large house had plenty of space for our group of nine...it could easily accommodate several more. While we didn't cook (it's NOLA after all), the kitchen was spacious and well appointed and the courtyard was a great place for relaxing with friends/family. Admittedly, my wife and I are clean freaks, so we felt the place could use a deep cleaning (on the surface, it was fine). And we all felt that the furniture looked like it came from local estate sales, versus furniture that would be in someone's grand Lower Garden District home. Any small issues we did have were immediately taken care of...customer service was excellent and the management was kind, courteous, and very helpful. Overall, a great place to stay for a large group.

We were three adult siblings and spouses visiting NOLA for our nephew's wedding. Venue, restaurants, coffee shops, WWII museum and quaint neighborhood all within walking distant from the house. Short cab ride to French Quarter and airport. House is very comfortable, spacious, fully appointed and clean. If you're a light sleeper, I would suggest choosing one of the back bedrooms as there was a lot of street noise at night. Also, as an FYI to future renters: there are two, very steep and long, wooden stairways which may inhibit anyone with back or leg issues. A big thank you to Courtney, our concierge. She was readily available to answer any of our questions and has excellent knowledge of the area. We had an amazing weekend!!

We enjoyed our stay in New Orleans. We had 6 ladies on our annual trip. The house was beautiful and very close to great restaurants. The Bower restaurant 1 block from the house was amazing.
We definitely used the free parking space that came with the house.
The house just needed some hand rails to hold on to in the raised tubs. Our checkin process was a bit tough. The key holder box was stuck. 3 of us tried to open it during a major down pour. I would change to keypad like a lot of other VRBOs. So much easier.
We enjoyed the trip! Overall a nice spot to visit New Orleans.

I stayed here with my girlfriends for my bachelorette and it was perfect in every way. It was spacious for big groups wanting a communal area while also wanting their own space in their room. The area was great and walkable to a few restaurants, which was perfect for a bach. Kurt is an incredible host - we appreciated you!

This was a great rental for a group of friends. A lot of great inside/outside living and it was really cozy and comfortable.
They had extras of everything if you run out (paper towels, soaps, etc.). I had good communication with the property management. We truly had so much fun and would definitely rent again.

This was a such a great property for our large group to stay together comfortably on our visit to New Orleans. The soaring ceilings, beautiful wood floors, gorgeous kitchen, comfy beds, abundant bathrooms and great outdoor space were perfect for our group. Just a short walk to immerse yourself in the garden district or a quick ride to the quarter. Plus good food options very close by and parking if you have a car. We really enjoyed it and would definitely stay with a group again.

The house was absolutely lovely, and the location was great. It was very spacious and tastefully decorated. They even put up a Christmas tree. Plenty of room for our 9 family members. Pillows and beds were comfortable too. We would wholeheartedly stay here again!

My husband, our 4 children with two spouses and one infant stayed here and the house is beautiful. True to the description, it is a well done restoration. LOTS OF SPACE. The location is walking distance to several restaurants and for walkable places we highly recommend surreys and gris gris. Its also a great location to get to anywhere in the city by car. The hosts were very communicative and generous with their hospitality.

We stayed here with 7 other friends for the week of our wedding, and everyone really loved the house. It was a beautiful house in an excellent location, walking to distance to a lot of Garden District shops and restaurants on Magazine Street. The owners were very easy to communicate with throughout the stay, and the house was very clean and well-kept. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone staying with a large group in New Orleans.

Absolute PERFECTION! My daughter and her 4 bridesmaids with their significant others stayed here for a wedding at Felicity Church. The home exceeded our expectations! I have stayed in numerous rental homes since the early 2000's in the states and europe, and have never stayed in such a comfortable and well-equipped home. Nothing has been overlooked. The home was beyond a beautiful backdrop from the bridal party photos. The location was amazing - so many shops, restaurants, etc. Great location to meet up in the neighborhood with friends and family at a restaurant, bar or coffee shop. And last but certainly not least. Courtney was amazing! So thorough, kind and helpful - sincerely a delight to work with. All that said... We WILL be back!!!

The set up was perfect for what we needed. We had a great time celebrating my son and being all together. The house is beautiful but it definitely needs some work. Some of the furniture needs to be replaced but I have to say the beds were very comfortable. The center bath on the second floor smells musty and some of the curtains are kinda gross. There are a lot of steps in the house so if you plan on staying on the third floor start doing the stair master at the gym🤪. (Actually the third floor was perfect for my daughter and her family)

This house is old New Orleans perfection.
This house were perfectly located to the French Quarter and Magazine Street. The house was beautifully decorated and the beds are comfortable! The state of the art chef’s kitchen was a great spot to gather as a group. We didn’t use the outside patio but it was lovely.
The bedrooms are all upstairs. If you have guests who have trouble with stairs, this might not be a good house for you.

Wonderful Family Gathering
Great place for a family gathering, close enough to public trans but in a quiet neighborhood so great for a good nights rest. Everything you need is there and both the owner and property mgr. were easy to reach and very accommodating. Highly recommend.

Stunning Grand House
This is a piece of NOLA history. A grand 3 story mansion that does not disappoint. Located on Magazine street in the garden district, it was the perfect place for the family to come together for a wedding.
The large open main floor living area is great for group gatherings and meals. Bedding is top-shelf and the courtyard is pure New Orleans.

Great location and warm home
We stayed here with two other couples and it was plenty spacious and clean. The house manager, Courtney, was responsive and helpful throughout. We took advantage of ordering groceries in advance. Also the location is awesome. Within a mile from the home, there are countless bars and restaurant (fried lobster po boy from fat boy pantry down the street is life changing). We’d highly recommend this home to large groups looking to enjoy the most of New Orleans.

Strong smell of Mold! Could not stay, we have bad allergies with mold and had to pack right back up and get out! Owner refuses to give our money back! Hired a mold specialist and waiting for results. Took lots of pics of mold!! Reserved 10/22/20 - 10/25/20

Best house! Best neighborhood! Best of NOLA!
This is the perfect house for a large group. We were eight adults and a baby and never felt crowded or cramped. There are three separate living rooms with televisions. The bedrooms are huge. The kitchen and main living room are where we congregated most and ten people can fit comfortably around the dining room table. What the pictures don't show is the architectural beauty and size of the mansion. The renovations that were completed just a couple of years ago preserved the magnificent windows and floors and stairways while adding essentials like air conditioning, new bathrooms, and a kitchen that includes high-quality appliances. The patina on the hallway walls evokes the rich history of a building that has been standing for almost 200 years and was built during the Antebellum period when New Orleans had become the wealthiest and third-most populous city in the nation. The Queen on Magazine is more than a place to stay - it's an opportunity to be steeped in the bygone times of a remarkable city.

Great week in New Orleans
Large house from the mid 1800's with a very high celling, large windows, excellent HVAC and modern baths and appliances. There was a very nice local Coffee shop across the street. We were there for a week for our son's wedding and there was plenty of room for all our family. Short Uber rides to most anywhere we needed to go.

Prefect place for 5 couples!
Great quiet location with easy access to the streetcar for French Quarter area. Shops on Magazine Streets to the west were great. About a 30-40 minute ride from airport, Uber was great. We all would rent this house again. Easy to work with the property manager. Thanks!
