It is a really beautiful place, surrounded by water lilies. It is close to Bangkok Airport. The owner was lovely, very kind and helpful. There is a convenience store about a ten minute walk and a few places to get food. You can get breakfast on site and there is a coffee shop.

The AC was blowing at the bed without the option to redress it somewhere else. The room was pretty clean, but with parts of dirt and dust behind the bed.

Only had a quick one night stop - but this property is amazing. The lady who greeted us was very accommodating and lovely. The property is very beautiful.

It was not a walking distance to food or restaurants.

Hotel is like a garden

Malee really takes the time to make every state perfect. A little oasis.

Location provides a beautiful oasis in an otherwise industrial environment. Owners are kind and very helpful, great on-site restaurant that's open until 5. Beautiful gardens and water lily pond, nicely landscaped.

Bathroom had a slight odor. Booking.com has the place located incorrectly. Use Google maps instead.

We wanted to spend a night there but due to our child illness ended up staying for 12 days. I cannot praise enough Malee and her family for helping us during our stay. They are really very kind people and we felt at home at Ban Ing Suan. They helped us find the hospital and helped us get stuff from pharmacy etc. We had a Chismas celebration with them and I really felt at home. Ban Ing Suan is located in an area among many fish ponds away from everything. It is set in a beautiful garden around a small lake where local people come for some peace and tranquility. There is a restaurant on the site serving mainly thai food. It is a nice local place where you can feel at home. I would give it highest scores on everything if it didn't bring some memories of illlness, hospitals and worry.

The restaurant is open until 17.30 and afterwards you can either order over grab app or walk to the nearby gas station where you can get some sushi. Or you can store some food in the fridge. As a rule, taxi drivers cannot find the place so download your offline map and route to the place to help them navigate. At the end there is a dirt road and 2 small bridges.

It's cat friendly even if they have dogs, the usual guesrd dog is not agressive. There are some stray dogs so be mindful of your cat if the cat likes to go far from you. it's peaceful, nice garden, they have a coffee shop, you can feed the fishes in the pond, i like the bamboo bridge, staff are nice and kind, the room is ok and it's less than 20 minutes to Suvarnabhumi airport.

The location is really far from everything. If you have or was able to rent a motorbike then it's fine. It's at least 45 to 50 mins if you want to go to the city center, around 8 to 15 minutes by motorbike if you want to go to 7/11 or restaurants. The nearest 7/11 is 12 minutes by walk. The bed is a bit small for 2 person.

Malee and Chi are very nice and helpful persons. The accomodation is close to the airport and in a nice sourrounding with a lotus garden.

We love the garden, the staff were nice, khun malee and her daughter were very kind. We love that it is safe for our cat to walk around by herself, but we still have to look out for the some stray dogs outside. It was peaceful and windy. Felt like home. Even though it was a bit far from the city center we would still choose this place.

I honestly cannot score this place high enough! It was a small bit of paradise and perfect for the night. The location was very close to airport, the staff were lovely (both the host and in the coffee shop which is on site!) It was a very unique experience, I am so glad we stayed here!

It might be a bit far to go to the tourists attractions, but a very good place for catching an early flight. Only 15mins away from BKK international airport.

The owner Malee and her daughter are super friendly and helpful. The place is very quiet, like an oasis in Bangkok. The room is very clean with everything I needed. The bed is comfy. Bonus point, there is also Netflix to watch. The place is very close to the BKK international airport but not too close to the all the tourists attractions. A perfect place for a stopover. We arrived in the evening, the owner's daughter helped us order takeaways and we had to catch up early flight the next day. Malee helped us arrange taxi and also prepared declious breakfast for us to take with.

The facility with good maintenance and nature enviroment, early morning we can hear bird singing and breathe fresh air. Every morning the proprietress will prepare a rich breakfast on time. It is a pleasure to listen to the birds singing while eating breakfast.
