Great quiet location. Compact and well equipped. Excellent messaging comms from owners.

Bed definitely needs replacing. Lovely rainwater shower installed but cant use it as it floods the bathroom due to shower area very small. Have to use small shower head which was fine but frustrating. Needed cleaning. Bathroom sink had the remnants of someone who had brushed their teeth in it. Generally needs deep clean.

close to shops, quiet road, plenty of on road parking available.

shower not very accessible, really needs attention with this area. the flush on the toilet also needs attention.

good location near town and shops kettle, microwave, fridge good facilities nice shower cant fault the host, very kind and helpful i like that it was private , out the way and you can come and go as you please whatever time it was

smelt like a lot like dog especially the bed, had to go and buy frebreze :( dogs barking all night in the next room a bit cramped when using the kitchen no where to really let pots dry after washing them cupboard under sink smelt funny

Warm bedroom.

Everything was awful it was not what I expected from the pictures. The kitchen area was terrible and a number of health and safety issues should be reported. Directions given took me to a different property?

It's was damp. The bed had springs coming through Also head board was broke. The bathroom was a shambles

the location was great

the room was very cold on arrival so much so that I didn’t want to use the shower an there were lots of loose or damaged fittings in the bathroom

The place was extremely cosy and homely, the owners of the property went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. Just a truly wonderful place. It was within walking distance of the town centre, I stopped there for three weeks while my own home was being refurbished and I can safely say that it felt like home during my time there.

Noise of barking dog behind the wall, smell of bedding, dripping water from the ceiling, propobly roof need repair, no tea towels sugar or milk....

Least there was heater

It was convenient from garage when the bad rain the wall paper was getting wet there wasn't any hot water and uncomfortable to stay to say the least

The room was lovely made you feel content, but my partner found the bed very uncomfortable and WiFi drops in and out, you can also hear everything that goes on in the house as it appears you're only separated by a piece of wood and the 2 dogs don't stop barking

Attitude and appearance of 'host' was not as you would expect, untidy, food down his front. Seemed bored. 1. Awful smell, throughout. Smells like empty dog food cans and wet dog. 2. Unfinished exterior, (explains no outside photos). 3. Interior finished to a very shoddy standard, in need of freshening up. The photos on booking.com are giving a false representation. Much of the fixtures and fittings are not in good working order, including the toilet not being fixed to the floor. 5. Bathroom is too small to be considered a room, when you have a shower, the sink, toilet and everything get soaked, the soap, shampoo etc dispensers were all empty. Definitely a 'wet room'. 6 uncomfortable old bed, needs a new mattress and a headboard. 7. Small dogs constantly barking and yapping. 8. Very slippery decking outside the door.

The owner was really friendly and stood outside waiting for us after we had called to say we weren't sure where we were. The location was excellent.

There was no toilet roll so we had to go ask for some. The bathroom was dirty the toilet definitely hadn't been cleaned before we arrived and the soap dispensers were empty so had to use the washing up liquid in kitchen. There is a window in the bedroom that wouldn't shut at all and we noticed quite a bit of the room was falling apart, it was clear the room is a conversion of possibly a garage but there were parts falling apart, mould and wallpaper on the cupboards all peeling off, the door into the bathroom was extremely hard to open and shut. We were really disappointed by the covers on the bed there was a sheet and a thin bed cover no duvet or anything so it was cold and not comfortable, yes there was a heater which helped but really disappointing with the lack lf cover/duvet for ontop of you, I have bad hips but my friend doesn'tand she agreed the mattress was really old and uncomfortable we had quite a bad nights sleep, the way we looked at it in the end was we just needed somewhere to put our head down after a night out to help ease the pain of the anniversary of my daughters death.

Room smelly damp. Was a diy garage conversion done very badly. Looked like it was furnished from rubbish skip. Everything was old and tatty. Dangerous step to enter room. Tap falling off in kitchen. Sofa bed had very suspicious stains. Glad to leave. Could list much more. would not pass hotel inspection. Bedding not ironed looked like it had been rolled in a ball.Disgusting.

It was ok for work porpoises

Bed is to singles put together, uncomfortable. Lighting is dim the other people who live there have dogs and let them out at silly o'clock in the early hours barking and dog poo round we're i had to walk, out side my front door

Room was great, clean, excellent value for money, hosts were very nice and we had no problems with anything. Thanks for everything 👍

Wonderful three day stay in villa Luna , relaxing location and close to town. Staff fantastic and helpful. Will return again next year!

Needed more milk, what was provided wasn't enough.

the only thing I like it it was the location.

it needs a lot of renovations, the sofa-bed broken. weird noises from the toilet all the time.
