Lovely apartment with fantastic views of mt wellington and harbour. 2 balconies and a courtyard. Jack and jill bathroom to 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, spacious ensuite to master, plus additional powder room. Kitchen and separate laundry have quaility bosch appliances and quality fittings including massive fridge.
Absolutely loved this apartment, but there are no blinds over ensuite window or either balcony door-luckily i had my sleepmask.
Only 20mins walk from cbd/harbour/salamanca market.
Would definitely stay here again!

The property was beautifully presented. Walking distance to most attractions. There were so many supplies in the cupboards, not that we needed to use it, but handy if we did. Beds were comfortable, nice pillows and linen.

We had a lovely stay here. The apartment is large, private, and very well appointed, with a great view of Hobart and the river.
Handy to both the city, and to the restaurants and bars on Elizabeth street, there are plenty of options to enjoy.
Ian was a wonderful host and we look forward to staying again.

For the price of the property I would expect all windows have blinds on them to keep the sun out. In the master room there are multiple windows without blinds on them which was very annoying. Especially at night time with a huge night light beaming through the balcony and bedroom windows with no solution to block out. I would not recommend this stay for $500 a night.

Executive Apartments are the perfect stay for those wanting comfort and convenience close to the Hobart CBD. In our case, a family of 6, it was the perfect choice for us.

We had everything we needed at Ian's place on Argyle Street. Plenty of space, fully appointed apartment. Easy to check in and check out. Short walk to the city centre. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed, and for a great price!
The only thing I would recommend is more blinds for the windows, there are a lot of windows meaning lots of gorgeous light, but a couple of them don't have coverings. It's very minimal light, not a big problem and it hasn't effected my rating. But worth bringing an eye mask if you're sensitive to sunlight coming in while you're sleeping.

Beautiful Property, easy location for Hobart Waterfront with parking. Very quite and amazing 3 bedroom apartment, bedroom 2 and 3 share a Jack and Jill Bathroom with extra toilet.
Communication with owners Ian and Louise was excellent and lovely people who ensured we had everything we need.
Woolworths and BWS are 4 minutes away and very easy.

Apartment is exactly as in photographs. Lovely clever use of space with lots of natural light and pleasant views. Apartment stylishly furnished, well equipped & stocked with pantry items & toiletries. Ian was great to communicate with. Most enjoyable stay. Highly recommend it!

Great place to stay, convenient and fuss-free
A great layout - probably the most genuinely usable kitchen we've ever experienced in short-term accommodation. Three generous bedrooms, with lots of space.
The location is great as long as you have a car - it's a reasonable walk to the Hobart CBD, or an incredibly short drive, and once we discovered the restaurants on Elizabeth Street and the supermarket on Campbell Street, we realized how convenient it really is. Access and parking are incredibly easy, and it was wonderfully quiet.
Great facilities, and great modern equipment. The cupboard in the laundry turned out to have a generous supply of everything we needed.
If Ian will have us, we would stay there again in a heartbeat.

a Great place to stay with family
Big apartment. Large kitchen. Fully equipped. Big dining table and breakfast bar. Comfy couches in a large lounge. We had a very comfortable stay. Parking was right outside the building, very convenient. 5min walk to supermarket and 5min drive into town.

Well located but cold in winter
Great apartment in a well located area, within easy walking distance for restaurants, cafes etc.
However, our stay was in the first week of June and the apartment was freezing. Even with the living room heaters on, our bedroom (the one that doesn’t share an en suite) never warmed up which was not comfortable. Even extra blankets struggled to stave off the cold. Additional heating in the bedrooms, or warmer doonas, or an electric blanket would really help.
There was also some early morning noise from the fresh food business next door which woke us up.
Apart from the cold, the apartment itself was fine; security, check-in instructions and comms with the owner all good; no problems at all and the apartment was spotlessly clean.

Great apartment for two couples
This apartment is spacious and within easy reach of the North Hobart food strip. We had plenty of choices for good places to eat and a couple of nice bars, plus of course the movie theatre for frequenting on the rainy days. I like the fact that odd items had been left in the fridge rather than thrown out which meant we were happy that we could leave our fresh food there in the hope that someone would not waste it. Good place to stay
The property was modern, clean and relatively large. There are three bedrooms, one is separated from the others being across the lounge room and the other two share access to a bathroom.
The kitchen was modern and well stocked with normal requirements and the property had a full laundry facility.
We found the location good, being a short walk to the cafe restaurant precinct of North Hobart. The walk to the waterfront was a pleasant 15 minutes sightly downhill but coming back might tax some people but we did not find it an issue.
We did a lot of day trips from Hobart and we found it ideally situated for that being close to the major thoroughfares out of Hobart.
Bedrooms weren't big but more than adequate and the beds reasonably comfortable.
The only issues we had were: the furniture, the lounge is too low and the chairs for the dining table are uncomfortable to sit on for any length of time. and there is nowhere to put the soap when you have a shower but the window sill (really minor issue but thoughtless none the less)
We would stay there again that being said the property lacked any character and those little things that would have made it a great stay and would probably first consider other properties to see what is avilable.
If you are looking for a clean, modern well-located property of reasonable size than this fits the bill..
