Este nuevo al mercado de alquiler en 2017 villa está situado en el corazón de South Beach en la punta de Sea Pines Plantation. 1697 The Bluffs, una villa 2BR / 2BA, es el lugar perfecto para parejas o familias que quieran divertirse en Hilton Head. Ya sea que elija para pasar un día en la playa - a 3 minutos a pie, o en la piscina - a 2 minutos a pie o un viaje de excursión desde la Marina - a 3 minutos a pie, o el almuerzo, bebidas, cena en el Salty Dog Cafe - A 2 minutos a pie, puede aparcar su coche para la duración de su estancia!
Esta villa de tercer nivel ha sido renovado en la primavera de 2017 con nuevos pisos, muebles, pintura y baños. La sala familiar está configurado para la relajación total con un sofá cama de sección y se abre a una cubierta cubierta que permite una mañana tranquila o noche con la familia o amigos. El cómodo comedor es perfecto para las comidas caseras, o un gran lugar para jugar y disfrutar de su empresa.
El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size y un baño principal en suite con un pie en la ducha. El segundo dormitorio está configurado con dos camas individuales. El segundo cuarto de baño está fuera del pasillo principal y tiene una sola vanidad y ducha sobre la bañera.
El sofá seccional en la habitación familiar se abre a una cama Queen Size para los huéspedes adicionales en esta villa que duerme seis.
Esta limpia y bien cuidadas de la villa tiene una lavadora y secadora apilable y una cocina completamente equipada con todo lo que cabría esperar de un alquiler de vacaciones bien equipadas. El complejo Bluffs Villa no está equipado con ascensores y se accede por las escaleras sólo.

We loved staying here. We really enjoyed being able to walk to Salty Dog and the beach. Both walks were less than 5 mins. The size was perfect for our family and it was very clean.

Overall property was well appointed . Great location easy access to beach and bike paths . Salty dog cafe easy walk . If your there during the fourth no need to get mixed up in harbor town traffic perfect view of the fireworks at the beach across the street !

Have stayed here two years in a row and highly recommend. The condo is clean and exactly as advertised. It is a very short walk to South Beach and across the street from pedestrian beach access. Will definitely stay here again when we return to HHI!

This is the 1st time we stayed at Sea Pines. The unit was clean and just as describes in the listing. Location is great with about a 5 min walk to beach and even less to Salty Dog and marina area with shops. Overall a wonderful vacation. Thanks

We staid here over fall break with our 12 and 9 yr old children. It was the perfect location for us! We had a short walk to the beach and a short walk to Salty Dog and shops. A grocery store was a short drive at the entrance of sea pines. Everything was very clean and taken care of, great property!

This is a great place to stay. Clean and it has anything you need. Loved how close to the beach it is and how it is not crowded at all. The communication with the property company was great and if i had any questions, they answered promptly. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Wonderful location in the heart of South Beach! Tennis, pickleball, pool, and beach all within a short bike, or a walk. And of course dining/shopping at Salty Dog. Very clean, spacious master bedroom - all amenities provided. Hope to stay here again!

First time visitors to HH and this condo, setting and location could not be more perfect for us. Condo was beautifully decorated, very clean and stocked with everything we needed. Love the proximity to the beach. Very peaceful and gorgeous spot. We’ll definitely visit again!

Our family stayed for three nights and absolutely loved the beach walks, dolphin watching, bike riding, dining, sunset sailboat cruise and shopping! Far exceeded our expectations. The room was clean and comfortable and a short walk to the beach. We'll be back!

Great location. The bed and couch were a little worn. Not dirty, just a little uncomfortable due to wear. There was a high middle area of the mattress, again due to wear. Overall, it was as advertised. Very clean - which is very important to us. We liked the view from the 3rd floor, just didn't like the stair climb during the move in/move out. However, we would stay there again!

The South Beach location is great with a nice balcony. We had a couple of problems with the condo that made it seem as though it hadn’t been inspected for a while.

Loved the location! We enjoyed being able to walk to Salty Dog and the Calibogue Sound. Got to see starfish and lots of dolphins there. We spent our mornings at the Sea Pines Beach Club and then afternoons at the Sound. Our unit was perfect for our family of 5. Would stay here again!

The accommodations were terrific. It was clean, we had everything we needed, and the location was perfect for us. It was very close to the beach and to restaurants and shops. Our property manager was great to work with. We loved it and hope to go back.

Great condo and great location. We always stay in South Beach for the connivence of walking to the beach and the Salty Dog. We have 6 and 2 year old boys and they always love Sea Pines. The trolley stop was just a quick walk from the condo.

Property was nice. Location exactly as described - 3 min walk to beach, pool & is play ground. We have a 3 & 4 y.o. and both were able to easily walk w-o stroller. Only surprise was no towels at the pool so bring your own. Property had everything as described and parking was not an issue.

South Beach Condo
Awesome location! We have never stayed in South Beach and loved it! Beach access is right across the street. The beach is on the sound which we loved! Spent hours in the water each day. Also quick walk to pool and Salty Dog. The condo was a spacious 2 bedroom, clean and updated. Highly recommend!

Property was clean, close to the ocean, and close to The Salty Dog. My two kids (10 and 9) loved the beach. It wasn’t crowded at all and very clean!

Beautiful property on a beautiful island and a great location. It was perfect for a 4day getaway. Best food on the island just a short walk away. Just be aware that it's a third floor unit and there's no elevator.

You can’t beat this location! It’s located so close to the beach and Salty Dog Cafe. Within a 1-2 minute walk to either location. We absolutely loved our stay. Our daughter wanted to go to the beach for her birthday and we also brought our 4 year old son. It was a great setup for the kids and adults.

Very comfortable condo and great location
We really enjoyed our stay. So close to the beach, bike rentals and tennis. It was nice to be able to walk over to the Salty Dog Cafe for a snack and drink too. Condo was clean and well stocked.

Great property!
We just returned from a wonderful visit to HHI. We booked this property kind of last minute so my expectations were not tremendously high. We were VERY PLEASED when we arrived and found the property to be very spacious, bright, and in an excellent location! We will definitely return.

The property is inside a plantation that is very safe and nice. You are a 2 minute walk to a beach. However, it is on the inside of the island. I recommend the Pine Springs beach club about 2 or 3 miles down the road. I would also recommend renting the bicycles. The plantation has many shaded trails that can be used to bike and/or walk around the plantation. The Place was nice and suited all our needs well.
