I only liked the restaurant staff and that it is close to the beach. Everything else was horrible to put it short.

We booked the hotel with and had very low expectations. But when we showed up we got disappointed anyways. The room wasn’t that clean. It’s not even close to soundproof even though it’s stated in the description, so we hear noise from really early in the morning until really late in the night. The wifi barely worked in our room and and the back of the restaurant. The fridge always froze our drinks. The bathroom smelt very weird and disgusting. They didn’t provide towels the first day. The electricity went out multiple times during our stay. They tried to bribe us with money to not write a bad review even though the money they bribed us with was rightfully ours. We cut our stay shorter and got a confirmation on my mail that the price went from 418€ to only 250€. But from the 418€ we paid at the beginning of our stay we only got 100€ back for the last few days. That means we paid 318€ in total and not 250€, which means that they bribed us with OUR money and less than we were actually supposed to get back. I will also contact booking.com about this situation.

Nice rooms,nice staff,nice beach

Rooms are spacious, cleaned daily, wifi available throughout the hotel, great view. Property right on the beach, several shops and restaurants nearby as well as a pharmacy.

It was clean facility, clean room, comfy bed. Receptionist host me very well, assisted me in all my needs during my stay. Bar staffs are good too and can communicate in english. As it was my first time in Albania. I can say that i can definitely come back anytime that i would like too and really recommended this hotel, They serve lovely/tasty meals. Hotel has a perfect sea view. Ps: I think if the receptionist don’t speak english or staff i will be lost in a foreign country 😅. In general over all i can recommend Albania to visit and it’s really worth it 😉

Most of all, I'm amazed by the hospitality of the staff! They were so kind and always ready to make us really comfortable at their hotel. They provided us with everything we asked for, even the earlier check-in than usual because we arrived at 5 am. The rooms were very clean, the restaurant at the hotel has great food, the beach is right in front of the hotel, and they have a nice yard to sit, drink or eat and watch the sea. I would recommend 100%

The beach is sandy and very clean. The yard has a natural tree shade, so it is always plesant to drink a cup of coffee or a beer.

Although we booked a sea view room, we ended up with a tree view room. Also, the room was too tiny for the money.
