Everything was perfect! We loved our stay and hope to be back soon. Beautiful and modern apartment, with everything necessary to make your stay comfortable. Hannah and George were very helpful and welcoming, and arranged an early check-in for us. The area was lovely. Underground is about 15-20 minutes walk, but you can walk along the river which is quicker and makes your walk even more pleasant.

There is a very noisy pub downstairs which is quiet disturbing by the night and I also didn't find the host helpful

Wonderful location having Thames River by the side. Area is extremely lovely and offers so many activities to do.

electrical compliance inspection was done while we were staying there which then disabled the automated home system and effected the lighting, some lighting was not able to be turned off resulting with it being on all night; central heating didn’t work; heated towel rail didn’t work; had an induction hob and not all the pots worked with the stove top. no instructions on how to use the automation system/ central heating etc. with it being a long weekend the Care taker was not available and nor were the booking staff.

The Palace Wharf property was nearly brand new and its modern style and comforts made for quite pleasant to stay.

The hair dryer is missing a safety screen and needs to be replaced as it pulls hair in. A french press or Nespresso machine would have been much appreciated.

The apartment is extremely comfortable and tastefully designed. The building is stylish and extremely safe. We stayed for a week, but it would be a great choice for a longer stay as well. We enjoyed the calm and the immediate proximity of the waterfront. Communication with the staff was very professional, and the only minor issue that we encountered was solved in a prompt and satisfactory manner.

The distance to the underground station is a bit long to walk (about 15 minutes), but there are several buses available.

the heating didn't work all week and the agency did not do much to fix it - luckily, there was at least hot water! the kitchen was not well equipped, only few glasses and plates and only one portion of washing detergent :( Also, we had some hassle about the delivery of our Day 2 Test Kits, apparently someone from the letting agency had taken our post and we only got it after writing to dhl and going back and forth a few times.

Kitchen facilities were very adequate. Location was quiet, facing onto a courtyard. Very close to the "Thames walk" Several good restaurants within an eight minute walk, even a pleasant Pub next door! - and only six minutes walk from shopping centre. Standard of decor and furniture was pleasant, modern and in good condition. Entrance ways kept very smart and tidy. On Site rental team very pleasant and helpful.

Booking .com advert described this property as having a view - it didn't!! All windows were overlooked by adjacent townhouses. For a property described as 'luxury' the bed was not adequate. Only a regular double. Also it was made up with the bottom sheet directly on the mattress - no under-blanket. This is uncomfortable and dubiously hygienic for a rental. For a 16 day rental at this price it would have been reasonable to expect at least one intermediate cleaning included, or at least some cleaning materials provided. Quite a walk to the "Tube" - but Uber worked well.

Even if it was a lower ground floor flat, it was very bright and in a very beautiful building

I would suggest to change fabric chairs of the dining room with non fabric ones (they were stained); also, I would have chosen a darker colour for the sofa (it was light grey, but obviously with darker streaks due to the usage) and for the bed headboards, as well.

Great location, very nice pub just down the street, 20 steps to be on the walk way along the River Thames. The flat was fantastic, really well appointed, full kitchen with all the necessary items. Very good value compared to any Hotel. Great quirky little Lebanese restaurant on the corner (Mes Amis), and a local corner shop a short walk away. I was hesitant to provide this review, its such a great place to stay in London, I was tempted to keep it a secret so its more likely available when I visit.

The mattress on the bed was not that great, I am used to the foam mattresses, this one I think had coils - but it won't stop me staying here again.

My only comment as a total caffeine addict is that my stay would have been even better if the flat had a coffee machine!
