This is an exceptional property in Brighton, it is fantastic value for money and offers plenty of space and facilities. The owner was easy to contact, quick to reply and nothing but helpful throughout our entire stay. The bedrooms are spacious and well appointed, the bathrooms a modern and functional and there are plenty of thoughtful extras like plenty of towels, dishwasher tablets, hand soap, etc. There is free parking within a minutes walk of the property and for a city centre location we were able to sleep with the windows open with little disruption except for the seagulls which you would expect in a seaside location. The property is superbly placed, literally minutes walk from all the major attractions, including some excellent restaurants, bars and cafes. Everything was clean, in good working order and many items appeared to be new. I would certainly stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

The location is brilliant, you can walk everywhere you need to go. Having the free parking was great too and the house is lovely. Modern, clean and plenty of room. The beds and sofa are comfortable. The customer service from Renny was great - he was very helpful.

Close to all the places you want to visit in Brighton. Open plan kitchen/living space perfect for a few days with others. Well insulated from any noise and warm.

Very modern, clean and well appointed house. Lots of nice touches. Location was great. Right in the middle of Brighton. Renny was really helpful and easy to communicate with re how to access the property. Would definitely visit again here

Location is perfect, the house is beautifully presented and having an allocated parking space is a huge bonus.
We found the beds to be very comfortable, the linen was very high quality and the bathrooms were all very clean and brilliantly presented, as was the rest of the house.
There is nothing to dislike about this property, it really is a gem.

The location was perfect. So close to The Lanes, museums, seafront and all the best places to eat. The house is very well equiped and has everything you need. The fans were a blessing especially considering the hot weather. Total gem.

Checkin was very easy. The location was great. The apartment was clean and well maintained. Everything about the property was almost faultless.
I was surprised when the host contacted me to take a deposit.; I've not experienced this with booking.com before. He also requested that we transfer the funds via bank transfer or 'pay a friend' on PayPal; which removes any kind of consumer protection. When I contacted the host of ask about this, the response I got was extremely hostile and combative. They focused more on justifying the need for a deposit than helping me to feel comfortable with it.
Upon reaching the property, you're greeted with a list of instructions to follow and warned that your deposit will be at risk if you don't. This left us feeling uncomfortable during our stay and a bit stressed at checkout.
I imagine that the host takes this firm line due to being scorn in the past, but it's not really what you want on a short break away. I should say that I did get my full deposit back.

The property was perfect for what we needed. Spacious living area so we weren't too crowded. Everything we needed there and little extras that make a difference (like iron and ironing board). Perfect location too!

Great experience from start to finish , the host Renny was very helpful and the house is immaculately presented. Had a really enjoyable stay and will go again.
