Casa este foarte frumoasa, aproape ca un muzeu, pentru cei care apreciaza acest gen de cazare. Foarte multe obiecte vechi, de epoca, care te transporta cu 100 de ani in urma. Te simti ca intr-un vechi conac....tavane pictate, diverse obiecte pe care le mai regasim in muzee, pian....casa este extrem de spatioasa, dar cel mai mult ne-a placut micul salon care apare si in poze, care era si cel mai luminos. Proprietarii au fost foarte amabili, ne-au adus o sticla de vin, fructe si paine, care ne-a prins bine, caci magazinele de paine se inchid foarte devreme.

Am venit in luna mai, dar am avut ghinion sa fie frig si ploaie, circa 16-18 grade. Nu stiu in ce masura casa a mai fost incalzita iarna sau primavara, dar a fost cel mai friguros loc in care am stat vreodata. Existau 2 calorifere electrice, insa sistemul electric al caselor din Sardinia nu permite sa existe mai multe aparate in priza, in acelasi timp: boilere, frigider, calorifere.... Am stat 5 nopti si, abia in partea finala a sejurului, parea ca se incalzeste usor, caci se mai incalzea temoperatura afara. Am avut noroc sa mai gasim loc de parcare, dar nu in fiecare zi. Desi este o mica parcare langa proprietate, nu exista o garantie ca se va gasi loc.

Absolutely stunning place with everything you can imagine accessible. The owners greeted us in the apartment and explained everything we needed to know concerning the place. We kept in touch throughout the whole stay. Nulvi has some nice bars and restaurants to enjoy in the late evenings. We traveled the north by car and were contented with the localisation. The apartment itself is an incredible journey throughout history with all of the gathered pictures, books and antiques. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sardinia!

We loved every minute of our stay in this beautiful house! The owners were very friendly and welcoming, made us feel at home from the very first moment. The house is absolutely amazing, with a lot of charm and atmosphere. The town of Nulvi is a little gem - a perfect place to escape the crowds and to feel the authentic Sardinian spirit. We would love to come back again and will definitely recommend this place to our friends and family!

Well equipped, typically Sardinian period apartment. Comfortable, very clean and spacious. Public parking next to property. Excellent centre for touring North and West coasts. Many local shops and bars in walking distance.

Very prompt responses to our enquiries from Simonetta and a great welcome from her parents, Antonietta and Sandro on our arrival. Very friendly and helpful. This is an old, traditional family house in the middle of Nulvi and the apartment takes up the entire first floor. It has a lot of charm and character - painted ceilings, shutters, tiled floors, a little balcony off the living room, paintings and photographs on the walls etc. WiFi reception was good. A large kitchen with plenty of kit.

This is not a new or refurbished property and is in the middle of town so the downsides include a dark kitchen, very limited outdoor space, no A/C, no fans and fairly basic bath and shower facilities. We had a good reason to be staying in Nulvi so it suited us fine but Nulvi itself is an unremarkable place but there may be other places which have more to offer the visitor.
