They kept sending deposit requests via outside links varying in different amounts. Browser pinged the links as possible scam.

Absolutely nothing.

The staff at this hotel were terrible. They were inattentive to my messages and just want to take your money. I arrived 5 minutes late past my check in time and they won’t let me into the accomodation and I had to sleep at the airport overnight. I would avoid this hotel at all costs as they are a complete scam.

The door could not be locked from inside the room, the blinds were broken, the window latch was loose.

Except for the clean and modern bathroom, I did not like one single thing about that apartment!!!!

Everything!! I got there after dark, so it was hard to see anything regarding putting in the code. If it wasn’t for the flashlight on my iPhone, and they very helpful neighbor, I never would’ve gotten in the door. Once in the door, I had to go up a very, very long staircase, to apartment, number six. I had to make two trips, curing a very heavy suitcase. When I walked in the apartment/room, it was very warm. There is no air conditioning, so I had to open the windows which I let flies in. I couldn’t get any of the outlets to fit my phone charger, my hairdryer, or my laptop. The light in the bathroom was so bad, that I had a really difficult time putting in my contacts. The room was clean and the bathroom was updated, but that is the only, and I mean only, positive thing I have to say it I would never recommend this place to anybody!  Also, I tried calling management, but, of course, nobody answered because it was after hours. I stayed in two different apartments in Athens, and they were so much better than this one was. The management also answered the phone when I called late at night to answer my questions.  I had the ability to take a shower and get a few hours, sleep, but other than that, I couldn’t wait to get out of there…

We stayed for one night for a flight. Great location to the airport, very comfortable rooms and clean. Kitchen very nice everything you need if you want to cook or bring food. But it is a shared kitchen

Unfortunately some others in the next room wasn't overly considerate and were talking very loud on the phone till early hours of the morning. This is a large house so you can hear others coming in and out so be aware. So we were alittle tired come flight time

They are thieves

They collect money and don't care about you.

THERE IS NOTHING IN THIS PLACE THAT WAS TO LIKE;;;;;; SCAM DO NOT USE

We rented two rooms, but due to our flight being delayed we were not able to get in till past 11pm (after hour to the hotel is past 10pm). We were able to do the check in online but when we got to the rooms, the key to one room would not work. Called the after hour with no answer/ voicemail full/ tried the international calling and the what's up account with no success. Tried to get in contact with the staff for 2 hours with no success. ALSO THE ONE ROOM THAT WE WERE ABLE TO GET IN, IT WOULD NOT LOCK FROM THE INSIDE - VERY SAFE :( Me and my husband traveled from Europe to US, we also had 3 little kids with us, all night long we did not get to sleep and when they finally answered our text (they would ignore our calls), stating that there was nothing wrong with the key and they should have made a video of us trying to get in the room to show that the key did not work. The text messages I guess for them was not sufficient eventhough I do have that for my records. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM, PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE REFUSING TO RETURN MY MONEY, THIS PLACE IS A SCAM, SHAME ON THIS COMPANY.

The owner is not very considerate of the guests, we have requested that hotel several times, and they do not help guests to accommodate guests by checking in earlier,

The location was convenient

It was the most bare minimum room, a bed, chair and a little window. No air conditioning. Was so many things wrong with this property. Needs serious attention as the location is all it’s got.

The rooms are clean, clean bedding, enough waste bins, WiFi, kitchen clean, everything working. Accessible to bus station.

Shared toilets. Some of the guests did not stick to hygiene and consideration for other users ethics.

Didn't stay in the property once I got their the room was smelling the had a bad smell was charged for two nights but did not stay

the location

first i paid the rate and then they didnt want to send me information about How to get in until i paid another fee for 1£ and another one for 25£ that wasnt mentioned in the booking . the link wasnt working and it was very stressful as i was trying to make my way from luton due to a missed flight . a lot of unnesecary stress

1. The location is in the very narrow corner, it’s hard to find it. It’s not nice to the individual traveler. 2. The cleaning part is not professional, especially the bathrooms. 3. All the information that I received is too much and no logical, when I want to know where the room’s number is, I had to scroll all the way up and down. Wasting a lot of time.

It is a lovely, clean, comfortable place and we enjoyed our stay there

No other place on earth has so much red tape and presents so many obstacles to checking in. This part was an absolute nightmare. Together with another group, we got soaked as we struggled to gain access. Then the next night we really struggled to assist an elderly Chinese gentlemen... all for payment of a £1.00 deposit - ludicrous!

There wasn’t much to like about the property, just that it is near to the airport.

Tye floors were sticky, there was bugs and webs in the room, none of the electrical outlets worked i tried all of them. Couldn’t even charge my phone, they say they offer transport but they don’t. No where in the ad it said it was shared rooms. You can hear the people above you beside you, and even in the shared bathroom. The photos are nothing like the actual rooms. I would stay away and find something else. To get the key is a hassle as well.

Booking.com requested a notification if later arrival than 22:00. I gave the hotel such notification. In the booking confirmation mail , the site requested another notification about this. I gave it. Then the hotel replied that later arrival than 22:00 is a “no show” with loss of room and payment. This is unreasonable.

Location perfect, instructions to get keys were clear and didn't have to interact with any people after a long day of travel, very clean especially the bathroom, very handy kitchen area

Only thing is that we didn't have a lighter to turn the hob on but we we're too tired to message anyone to ask for it - made do, but recommend bringing matches
