Decided to split our 11 day vacation up between a condo and a hotel to see which we preferred. Our stay here was excellent and would have been perfectly fine staying here the entire vacation. Nice accommodations and quick responses from owner and manager. No issues here they helped us and accommodated us quickly and efficiently. We love this area to snorkel and it did not disappoint. We are familiar with the current so I think that’s important to know before jumping in but as long as you swim well most people shouldn’t have an issue. Our stay was relaxing and comfortable exactly what my husband and I were looking for away from our busy schedules! Will definitely book again if we have a chance! Thank you for everything!!

We enjoyed our stay. This condo is a good place for a couple because the bathroom is very central to the space and the bed is in the room facing the ocean. Wonderful cookware with good quality pots and pans and sharp knives. We had 3-4 days of rain at Christmas and spent time in the condo. We found the bed most comfortable for reading as opposed to the furniture. The pool facilities are very clean and the pool well-kept with showers and cushioned lounge chairs. Access to the open sea is very convenient and wonderful swimming for those that are capable in fairly strong current. Because we visited in mid winter, the sunset was partly blocked by the southern portion of the building. Nice spot!

Happy with cleanliness and frequency of maid service. Check in process was easy. Glad to have three sets of keys via the lock box and two spares on key chains. The owners were very prompt with their responses and sent someone right away to help which was unexpected but so nice. View was amazing from the bedroom.
I think you definitely need a scooter or car to get back and forth from downtown to the condo. You can walk it but its a distance. Very easy to get a cab if you don’t mind doing that every time you come and go. I really appreciated how quiet it was. Cozumel is way more chill than playa. Thank you for letting us stay at your place.

Location is great. The ocean is very clear and access to the ocean is very easy. Perfect view of the sunset. Not too bad of a walk to a small grocery store and nice restaurants OR a quick taxi ride into the center of town

Relaxing Getaway
Miramar Condos exceeded our expectations with its ideal location, cleaniness of the unit, and the responsiveness of the condo management and staff. Great location for snorkeling and a short cab ride to downtown San Miguel. Perfect place for couples who want to sitting by the pool without the crowds of larger facilities. Would definitely stay here again.

Winter blahs--NOT!
It's just as advertised, no surprises. The management company was very helpful regarding directions to the property, personal check-in, etc. Miramar is in a very convenient location with easy access to downtown and the airport. There is ocean snorkeling right off the pool deck which was appreciated. Maid service every other day was good. The kitchen area is small but adequate with a refrigerator, stove and coffee maker. The only negatives my wife and I can think of are that the pool was quite cool and the bathroom/shower area is small and a little dated. Those items are far outweighed by the positives of this unit which include the above items, plus the patio view which is fantastic.

An Amazing Week!
This vacation exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived until we left, everything was perfect. The location, on the northern end of the island, was very quiet, the property was in excellent condition and well-maintained. Peaceful ocean front
It was in a perfect spot away from the crowds of San Miguel and the resort hotels. It was slightly further away from town than we thought [30mins walk] but taxis were cheap and plentiful. The condo was very clean and comfortable once we had managed to turn the air-con on !
Facilities in the condo and surroundings were very good with swimming available in the pool or the ocean ,cooking facilities if needed and friendly ,helpful staff on hand. On the few nights that we did not go into down town ,the nearby Hotel B was handy for a pleasant evening meal and drink.

Little slice of paradise
This condo is a dream. a nice pool and easy access to the ocean for snorkelling. The grounds keepers Cesar and Pepe are always available and take incredible care of the place. Joyce is a wonderful person, very approachable and ready to welcome you when you arrive. It made the transition very pleasant.
You have all you need here. A stovetop, microwave, washer and dryer. It is very well maintained and you will feel right at home immediately!
Getting into town is easy. Just walk out and flag a cab down in about ten seconds! I managed to haul a large family back and forth for about a 100 pesos each way, although you might be able to haggle for less! If you don't have any kids you could walk into San Miguel in about half an hour.
The region is quiet and extremely safe. Every night we watched the cruise ships leave port and sail by. I would return here in a heartbeat!

“Peaceful Paradise”
As always Cozumel Seaside Retreats are a pleasure to book your vacation with. They are only a phone call away if you need them for anything. I had the pleasure of meeting the staff this trip to greet me on arrival and sway goodbye on my checkout. The condo is spacious and comfortable.I spent every morning with my coffee sitting in the comfortable chaise lounge chair just staring at the beautiful ocean. The pool at Miramar is the best feature. You cannot get any closer to the ocean!!

Wonderful Getaway to Miramar 403
This condo is located on the north side of the island , with a beautiful view of the water and pool. We really fell in love with Miramar (so much so we stayed an extra night). We relaxed by the pool, snorkeled in the easily accessible water right off the premises. It was very close to town, but not too close. Matias and all the staff was very helpful and truly made the stay very enjoyable. The condo was clean, cool and had all that we needed to enjoy ourselves during our stay. We liked the place so much .!

“Awesome time.”
This is our 4th stay at the Miramar and again it was great. Suite 203 has everything you need for your stay no matter how long it may be. The king size bed is very comfortable, some days it was hard just to get out of bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, dishes and even wine glasses. I must say it's really hard to take each morning sitting on the patio drinking a cup of coffee and looking out at the ocean waiting for the dolphins to swim by. I love the swimming pool and patio area, there is no sand and there are lots of lounges so you don't have to fight for one. We prepare our lunch in the suite and then eat it at one of the tables by the pool, what more could you ask for "nothing”. If you're looking for a great place to stay on Cozumel, I would definitely recommend the Miramar Condos. I can't say enough good about Isabella and Matias and the staff they have working for them, they are all so welcoming and make your stay a wonderful experience. We will be back.

We have just returned from spending our Holidays in Cozumel in
unit 203. The unit was spotless and perfect with all amenities that one could need, lots of fresh water, beautiful view, excellent housekeeping several times a week, perfect walk for us into town, excellent dive master referral, great communication before booking, during the wait, and on our arrival, stay and sad departure.
