Good communication with the landlord over chat. Everything set and arranged clearly, easy to use. The apartment was clean and warm, free parking next to the building. Located within just a few minutes from Kaprun center, shops and gondola. Very convenient!

There was a dog barking in some of the nearby apartments.... But overall very quiet and spacious

Some practical items missing. No bedside lights, one small dustbin in kitchen and bathroom without.

The location is so nice, 5 minute walk to cable car and to toboggan, super market. Well equipped with amenities

The hairs on different places. The beds made a lot of noice and the shower was clogged.

The apartament is quite large and convenient for 3-4 guests. It is clean and well maintained, has fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom. I liked white towels, comfortable beds, dishwasher tablets (they were provided) and washing liquid, Apartament's location is in quiet area, but not far from the main street (a few minutes walk). The big advantage is proximity to Kaprun ski area, but this is obvious if you only look at the map.

There is no apartament number on the entry door, fortunatelly one of the neighbours helped to identify the right one :-) Also, there should be well lit ID number on the building itself, it was not easy to read it in the night (we arrived 8 pm).

Neat, clean, modern, quiet apartment in a building of flats, very close to the town centre. It has a spacious balcony with amazing views. flawless communication with host. Definitely recommended

A bit too tight for 6 people as there is only one bathroom but definitely doable with group of friends!

Paul is a very good host, the apartment is very cosy and comfortable. Only the Zell am See card. Is not included which is comparing to the price it is totally okay. Thanks 😊

I find it outrageous that it turned out only after reservation and payment that if I wanted bedsheets on the beds I had to pay an extra €60 (for 5 sets). Extremely bad experience.
