The location was wonderful for the New Years Fireworks and magic millions - two races on the beach - prelude to the turf run the next weekend. It’s two blocks from Cavill Ave. Just part the curtains and look up the beach, morning, noon and night. We had u37 and could see the view- the Esplanade, beach and sea from the coach or dining table. The unit is a good size. U37 is beautifully furnished and has all you could need in the kitchen to entertain. Judy and Chris do a fantastic job of keeping the place immaculate and well run. The solar heating of the pool makes it a perfect temp at any time of of the day or night

The ultimate beach holiday apartment with exceptional staff making you feel at home. Wow, best property I have ever stayed at in Surfers Paradise. You are a stone's throw away from the stunning beach, with an unobstructed ocean view from all apartments. The surrounding area is safe and quiet with only a short walk to Cavill Avenue. We were so fortunate to stay at this immaculate property, with wonderful and caring management to add a personal touch. Thank you Judy and Chris, we will definitely book to stay at The One again xx

Great location - very close to Cavill Street and all the action there, but fair enough away for it not to be too noisy. The building hosts were super lovely and helpful, a pleasure to deal with.

Our apartment was definitely not a nice experience overall. We're all still suffering from extremely sore backs/hips/shoulders due to how uncomfortable the beds were, it honestly felt like we were sleeping on a wooden floor. At one stage in the middle of the night, I checked to see if there was even a mattress on the bed. There was - it was just super cheap quality and not supportive or nice to sleep on at all. Our teenage girls who stayed in the other room on single beds said the same. The beds just have a sheet and a very thin decorative cover at the end of the bed on them - no doona/duvet or puffy blanket or anything like that to make the covers comfy. The building hosts were extremely kind though and gave us a blanket that helped. Everything in the apartment that we stayed in (apartment number 22, level 8) was extremely tired, sparse, underwhelming and not at all comfortable. It just felt cheap to be honest, very much not on par with the cost of the stay. There was one tea towel left out for our entire 5-night stay. There was only one bath towel per person for that duration too (if you wanted anymore you had to pay extra) and there were no extra pool towels left out to use at all. There were also only 2 dishwasher tablets (for 5 days!), a tiny small bar of soap in the bathrooms to wash your hands (no dish to put the soap on so it just made the bathroom sink bench slimy and gross), and the showers needed a decent clean - the heads spurted out water in all directions. The shower pressure wasn't great either and the hot water wouldn't last for 4 people to have a shower in the morning. Just a little bit extra would go a long way toward making this a pleasurable experience. A deep clean is very much needed in this apartment. They could even upgrade the appliances - they were all very cheap too. Overall we would not come back due to how uncomfortable and disappointing our apartment was.

The location is perfect! We can eat and buy everything we want just walk in 10min.

The clothes dryer is dirty that we can’t use. And the owner should notice guest bring essentials themselves.

It sits just next to the beach, which provides a superb view of the ocean. The shopping centre is within a short walking distance.
