the room location with the seaview directly from room window and balcony was fantastic.
outside the house which is around the block of the apartment smell bad, and they doesn't collect the rubbish frequently

Unobstructed view of sunsets over Malacca Straits. Balcony facing west. Aircon and fans in all rooms except kitchen which just has a fan. Great washing machine. Very spacious apartment with some beautiful mirrors. Shops and food within walking distance. Grab service very good for getting anywhere. Host is very kind and welcoming. Always available and thoughtful during our visit.
For us the kitchen was limited with no stove top cooking although there is a kettle, microwave, slow cooker and rice cooker. Parts of the sidewalk up to shopping has been allowed to be overgrown by the local authorities so walking in road is necessary.

beautiful seaview from the balcony. facilities complete with kitchen cabinet. water filter, kitchen utensils, washing machine, towels, toilettries, tv & wifi. Near to food stalls and walking distance to the sea.

I like the most is the owner of the property. Em Kamaruddin is very kind hearted and always respon when we need help from him.
Parking is a bit full and crowded.. But En Kamarudin reserved an disable parking becoz my husband was a disable person.
