Buen sitio para quedarse, cerca para agarrar el bus que lleva directo a los sitios de interes de Venecia.
Personal amable, pudimos dejar las maletas antes de la entrega de la habitación y también luego de hacer el check-out, lo cual nos sirvió de mucho para aprovechar al máximo nuestra estadia.
Recomendado 100%.
Los tickes para ir a la propia Venecia se compran en una tabaqueria cercana y el bus se agarra al frente. El costo ida y vuelta por persona es de 3€. El viaje dura al rededor de 10 - 12 minutos.

Struttura ubicata a pian terreno, vicina a supermercati, bar e servizi vari! È distante dalla stazione oltre 1km per cui sarebbe meglio prendere un bus! Camera spaziosa, letti comodi per un sereno soggiorno!
Consiglierei una maggiore attenzione alla pulizia del bagno, doccia e contenimento fuoriuscita acqua dal piatto box! Assenza di mensole poggia oggetti e porta asciugamani...

Conveniently located not far from bus stops and train station, very good shower and super comfy beds. Perfect for a 1-2 nights stay to visit Venice.
The staff for check-in / check-out is not there and you have to call them to be able to get in, which can be a problem if you come from abroad and don't have an international phone plan.

Die Lage war Top. Großer Sparmarkt und diverse Gatronomie in guter Nähe. Der Bahnhof ist auch nicht weit. Die Wohnung war sehr groß und auch sauber. Das Personal sehr freundlich und behilflich.
Das Badezimmer bzw. die Dusche ist eine Katastrophe. Schimmeliger Duschvorhang und auch schimmelige Fugen. Da kann auch die Putzfrau nichts dafür. Wenn wir am Badestrand waren, haben wir lieber dort am Lido geduscht.

The rooms were actually very pretty and felt very luxurious compared to the price we paid. It was spacious, had AC and fridge. The bathroom was very big and had a great shower. You can easily walk from the train station to the hotel and the bus that goes to Venice is a block away! Staff was very nice and helpful :).

Fully available apartment, various beds/sofas available and very helpful staff. Clean sheets and beds. There is no air conditioning but there are fans and ceiling fans.
External noises are well shielded and easily accessible.
A single bathroom for 8 people is not enough unfortunately.
The structure is dated, so the noises between rooms are heard a lot.
