The place is clean and the staff is friendly! The room is very comfortable and large! Very good value for the price. Good room service.

The room was missing 'do not disturb' signs; which caused the housekeeping to wake me up disturbed. The breakfast could be better.

Everything was perfect the location in the center of Amman nice part, and little bit near the main road so it is easy to find and easy to come and go to all areas of Amman and many parking free in the street availble, and it is super quite as it is two blocks away from the main road A very nice supermarket and resturants are a walking distance. The team and i met all the front desk guys, they are all super and guiniune Jordanian hospitality you can find there, and especially Mr Foad he took the extra needed care for us. Thanks and keep up the good work.

Nothing all is good

Yes, superb indeed... Very rare and exceptional welcoming treat by the hotel.. Never before experience somebody wait for your arrival outside the hotel to ensure u r proper check in.

Another happy moment awaited us by the hotel… they upgraded our room to much lovelier n bigger room .. Alhamdulillah..

Ils n’avaient pas gardé les chambres réservées et ont dû improviser pour nous trouver assez de lits

A warm welcome, very nice and helpful people at the reception, a clean light and silent room, perfect. Not to forget the daily provided bottles of water and the small but fine balcony. Concering the location: a very sympathic Cafe right next door, and a very good lebanese restaurant just across the street ... just to mention these two of many.

A little improvement of the breakfast buffett would be welcome.

I would like to specifically thank Azar from housekeeping for his excellent service and the all the reception staff , the chef was amazing very generous and friendly. Over all tge staff was above and beyond!

Good location, have several good restaurants nearby. The room is over expectation, quite and comfy.

The hotel is not clean at all. Hiegine is not applicable. Hair on the covers, dirts in the fridge, dust everywhere. Even the mirror is dirty, it looked as it was cleaned by a floor mop. The hotel location is great but nothing else is good. There was a party nextdoor as well, I couldn't sleep.

Breakfast was interesting with cheese platters, fresh veg ad fruit, breads and butter/jam. However it was repetitive as we stayed for 6nights, although you could ask the reception for like scrambled eggs and they would give it to you freshly made.

The plugs in different rooms were different, also the sizes of the rooms, are all varying. Like we were 5 girls who booked and each one had a different room, even though we all selected/paid for the same room. Which is strange but also pleasantly surprising.

The staff were amaaaaazing! specially Fuad the manager , muhamad and Abu el ez they were very friendly humble and cooperative.

The staff individuals, especially Mr. Fouad, are amazing. We enjoyed our stay and the atmosphere was very comfortable. The facilities are very clean and the location is superb. I highly recommend staying at the guest house, which felt like a real house rather than a hotel!
