Comfortable place for a few nights stay in Bilbao. Comfortable bed, large room, nice bathroom, good hot water.
It is a work in progress with building materials stored in the common area. I didn't mind and for a private room at a very affordable price it was a minor issue.

We had a great stay with Liang, we arrived in Bilbao earlier than the usual check in time, which was no problem for him. The house is very clean and the kitchen has everything you need to cook a nice meal. The fruits and other breakfast items Liang offers are a nice touch, and he gave us some good tips about Bilbao and the surrounding areas.
We have no bad things to say about our stay, other than that the house is located on a hill, so if you don’t like walking (climbing ;) ) that would be something to consider before your stay. Other than that we would definitely recommend his place. thank you Liang!

The location is good and the property is very clean. The price is also very reasonable. Liang xu is an exceptional host. This is the second time I stayed here and I recommend it to anyone coming to stay in Bilbao.

Breakfast was out of the private fridge, which was okay. The flat is used by many people, the furnishing was very simple. The room is big and light.
Be careful which way you use to get in the town, there is a very criminal feeling area around an loud discussing people on the street at night. The bed is in a bad position because it is not leveled, so that you sleep in an inclined position.

The landlord is very nice. We arrived at 12:30 in the evening because the bus was late, but the landlord was still waiting for us at home. The room was big enough that I slept comfortably there.

Noisy. Not from apartment itself, but outside street is a bit noisy. Also, other guests (2 German girls) are noisy, talking loudly even at midnight as if they are the only residents. I cannot fall asleep until 2AM

Very bright and spacious room, furniture is basic but adequate. There are 2 shared bathrooms, a small one and a bigger one - both sparkling clean. You can also use the kitchen for simple breakfast, which is a useful bonus. The accommodation is conveniently located and Lian is a welcoming host, nice to talk with.
