Everything was perfect. The staff was really helpful and friendly all the time. I did the tour for the desert with their guide, Ramiro, who was one of he best guides that i had in all my trip. Thank you so much guys for all the experience.

In the night there was a terrible noise from the roof. Maybe somebody repaired something, because it is too hot during the day. But from 3:30 to 5 a. m. I couldn't sleep. Would be great to inform the guests before. Hopefully it was an exception

The lady was nice, we could enter earlier. Bathroom was clean and with cold water which is good in a desertic area!

The room was very warm (but there is 3 ventilators) and wasn't really clean. The kitchen was very dirty unfortunately. I didn't like the breakfast, doesn't worth the money.

The room was really clean and comfortable. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the atmosphere there was calm and relaxed. A stone’s throw from the sun square so easy to get transport to the Tatacoa or Neiva

The shower was just one block stream but it did the job!

Good location. The host was incredible and very kind. She found a driver for us for a very reasonable price. Also, we had an option to pay by card, which isn't popular in the small towns in Colombia.

Actually it is not a big problem, but there wasn't hot water. There is only one tap with a mix of water.

Other staff were very loud each morning while having breakfast outside our room. The trip to the desert is far more expensive via the hotel. We booked our trip with a tuk tuk driver in the square, and he was great.

I felt like being at home. Super friendly staff! They recommended us a great guide for the Tatacoa desert. A lot of space in the room and you can have a delicious breakfast if you want.

The hosts were super helpful- they helped us plan our entire trip to the desert, called to make reservations for a camping and a car and kept our luggage. The beds were cosy, no hot water in the shower but with the heat it really doesn't matter. 100% would recommend

Very kind staff. They helped me find a tour to the desert. The rooms ar big and have airconditioning, which is necessary. The village is quite safe and the staff recommend good restaurants to me.

The rooms are a bit boring since it's all white, but they are comfortable

the staff is very friendly, they gave us contacts for the taxi from/to Neiva and they provided us guide for the tour in the Tatacoa desert. Don Ramiro, the guide, was excellent and in one day with him we did all the paths both in the grey desert and in the red desert.

room was not very well cleaned and the water has cold option only, which is not big deal since in Villavieja temperature are always very high

It is in a great location and the room is large and comfortable. Easy to grab a tuk tuk to the desert or walk to do some birdwatching close by. It was VERY hot in Villavieja, so it was great that the room had both a fan and air conditioning. You can pick up your own groceries and use the kitchen as well. Friendly and helpful staff.

The mattress is a little bit hard. Also, the air conditioning is so strong that it would help if blankets were provided. It can get quite chilly.
