nice clean and tidy. nice and safe with guards on reception and at the gate too. nice location next to the mall. not too far from the airport too.

I loved the location. The lobby was nice. Abreeza mall was across the street. Easy to get places. Staff very professional.

View was obstructed due to construction. Needs a little renovation. Otherwise very satisfied with stay.

Staff were friendly

Very noisy, next door to a construction site which only stops working between midnight and 7am. Was advertised with a number of pictures of a gym, but it's only available to long term residents. When I complained about this they didn't respond and just removed the pictures. Has a real problem with ants too.

I like the location and the ambiance. Very near and accessible, just across the mall. The room is big enough for the 3 of us. There are also utensils and kitchenware we can use and some kitchen appliances that makes our stay convenient.

Only the television, we've watched noon time show and the resolution is black and white, maybe we do not know how to operate but the television is just a minor issue.

location and parking

fire alarm woke us up at 2am, we ran down to the reception and no one knows what is all about. until the security from inside inform us of faulty alarm sensor😤
