We arrived Saturday, to a perfectly clean house- the AC was set nice and cool, and all the lights were on. The house has its own private path to the beach, and the pool was nice if you didn’t feel like going to the beach. Being in Palmetto Dunes is a privilege as well- great location to several restaurants and shopping! This was our second time renting this house- we love it!

For a 5 bedroom home there should be much more laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, trash bags and dish soap. I understand buying more paper towels and toilet paper. The house is in a good location with a path off the pool patio for easy access to the beach. Multiple stairs over the sand dune so not wheel friendly. The house offers a lot of space and on suites. Having a wine refrigerator was great for water and beverages! Coastal Home & Villa was great as usual! Very professional, responsive, and helpful! We ran out of propane and it was replaced by the time we went to the beach and back. If possible, always go thru Coastal Home & Villa, they are great!!

The extremely close proximity to the beach, backyard pool, ample bedrooms and baths along with multiple sitting areas makes this house our go-too Hilton Head rental. This house fit our needs perfectly! The open floor plan was great for our family. We spent a lot of time by the pool which had a lot of seating and the proximity to the beach was closer than we expected. The property management company was great to deal with too. We will be back to PD and would rent this house again.

The house is beautiful and very spacious. Besides the expected linens and bath towels, they also provided us with beach towels and beach chairs. The house has multiple flat screen TVs which the kids loved. The pool is beautiful and was very warm when we were there. The house is super close to the beach which was the biggest selling point for our group.
But one of the best things about this house was the property manager. We had a wonderful, seamless experience dealing with them. There was a hurricane when we were there and the manager promptly sent a crew to help clean the pool. They also sent timely reminders about arrival and departures. It was just great to work with them.

We have been coming to Hilton Head since 1984 staying in various villas and own a timeshare here but this year we decided to rent a pet friendly home with our own pool and close to the beach and are we happy we did! We loved everything about the house, location (always loved the PD community, the beach, the roominess, cleanliness and layout. This house fit our needs perfectly.

What an amazing house to be for the holidays! My family enjoyed the proximity of the house to the beach. The heated pool and hot tub were a great addition for the kids as well! The house had a great layout, plenty of space for everyone and lovely beds! The construction next door had minimal noise and was of no intrusion. Overall, an amazing time and wonderful house!

Not only was the house in a perfect location, it was clean and roomy as well. We had a great time and were very comfortable. The management company was prompt and handled a small issue within a couple of hours.

Great house, everything was perfect and as described. Coastal Homes was very responsive to any need. Beach was a short walk and pool was very warm and relaxing. We will consider a stay here again. Was perfect for our friends and family. Our dogs might have had the best vacation of all.

Very nice, but not stocked well with basics
Very nice location and very well maintained and clean...however, not very well stocked with basic items...no food at all (salt, pepper, sugar, , oil, tinfoil, plastic wrap, napkins...we had to go out and buy everything...there was only one roll of paper towels and not enough toilet paper...not enough for 10-14 people who are able to stay here)...usually there are basics like these items available...
