This property matched all our wants/needs when traveling to Nashville for the first time. There was six adutls who stayed here, and there was plenty of room for all of us. The place was very clean, roomy, cozy, and all around had a wonderful atmosphere. There is also an outdoor space which we utilized every morning to have our coffe. We always ubered to downtown Nashville which was only a 5 minute ride. There are also restaurants and little shops within walking distance. The owners are great to deal with and very accommodating. We would not hesitate to stay here again when traveling to Nashville..

Deb was a wonderful host and she communicated with us even before our trip began to make sure we would have a great stay. The house is beautiful and spacious, and it’s exactly like the pictures show. The location is perfect and most attractions are within 15 minutes of driving distance. We attended my daughter’s graduation at Vanderbilt and were grateful that we had a lovely place to relax and recharge every night.

Nice, quiet neighborhood for a week stay catching up with friends. The kitchen was well equipped with cookware, dishes, spices which made the stay even better since we are avoiding dine-in during this recent surge. Was a little mis-communication on check-in procedure but easily resolved. Debbie and Matt were very responsive and helpful leading up to check-in; once we were in no assistance was needed as everything was as expected. Would definitely recommend this place to a family or group of friends.

Beautiful house, spotlessly clean, lots of supplies to make the stay comfortable, and great communication from the host. It was really easy getting ubers to pick us up to bring us downtown and we were close enough to walk to the Kroger for groceries. The neighborhood was very charming.

The house is beautiful, updated with tasteful decor and SUPER clean! The hosts are incredibly helpful and friendly. Amazing communication and are just a text away if there is anything you need. Would definitely recommend and will be staying there again if/when we go back to Nashville!

Extremely pleased with our 4 night stay in Nashville. Quiet neighborhood setting but easy access to good restaurants nearby and to downtown. House is wonderful with everything you need in kitchen and comforts of home. Thanks to Matt and Debbie. Loved it here

This was, without a doubt, the nicest rental property I have ever stayed at. Communication with the owner, Debbie, was smooth and easy, no problems checking in, finding the place, or getting settled. It’s in a really nice, quiet neighborhood, but there are still some cool bars/restaurants within walking distance, as well as a Kroger (though a car would help if you have a lot of groceries). The house is impeccable. You can tell the moment that you step in that the owners take excellent care of every aspect of the space, and I have never stayed in a place with such a well stocked kitchen, which was great for us as we like to cook. I honestly feel a bit spoiled now and like future properties won’t live up to my expectations after staying here. Will 100% plan to stay here again on future Nashville trips.

We have rented several VRBO’s in different locations and this absolutely tops them all. Beautiful home in a great location. Very spacious and perfect for families and friends. Enjoyed sitting out on the deck in the morning. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked which we rarely find in other locations. Great to be able to have everything you need. There were even chilled beer glasses in the freezer! Debbie, the owner, was very helpful and went beyond other managers/owners to ensure that we had a great stay. The house is exactly as stated in the ad. I highly recommend this house and will definitely be back to stay again!

This house was just right for me, my wife, and two sons. It’s located in East Nashville in a super nice neighborhood. The beds were super soft, there was everything you could think of to use for cooking, and the house was very clean. The owner, Mrs. Deb, was super easy to work with. This is a must stay if you are going to visit Nashville!

Bottom line up front, if you're thinking about booking this property for your Nashville stay, you should have no hesitations in reserving it right away. We've stayed at several houses in various locations around Nashville over the years and this house and its location are at the top of the list!Deb was wonderful with her communication, making sure that we were taken care of and inviting us to reach out to her at any time before and during our stay. Her house is so warm and welcoming. We got the most use out of the front porch, back porch, and kitchen. Anything you can think of is in the kitchen from serving dishes to individually wrapped condiments. We had a group of five of us and were extremely comfortable in the space, especially the beds! We had to ask for more details about the mattresses because we were all ready to upgrade when we got back to our own homes!The amount of places you can get to on foot is high as well! Or you're a five minute drive from the bulk of East Nashville eating and drinking spots. Kroger is a two minute drive. The bakery with the best egg casserole biscuits is a two minute walk out the backdoor. Not sure why we left, either! Can't wait to go back!

Matt and Debbie were more than accommodating and the house was both beautiful and cozy. We felt at home as soon as we walked in the door and there was more than enough room for three couples to be comfortable and have their own space. The location and neighborhood were perfect as you are a ten minute Uber to anywhere in and around the city or you can take a short walk to local restaurants, coffee shops, and retail areas. We would highly recommend the home and location and thoroughly enjoyed our fourth of July trip.

We were two couples who spent four nights at this house in Lockeland Springs. A wonderful location - we enjoyed and felt safe walking the neighbourhood to look at the Craftman's style homes and eat in local restaurants. The house was roomy, clean and both the kitchen and the fridge were well stocked. Downtown was only a 10 minute Uber ride away. The owners were wonderful to deal with and we would highly recommend this property!

If you’re looking to travel with family or a group this home is perfect! Three very spacious bedrooms, and three bathrooms (two with waterfall like shower heads 😍). In addition to that very open concept kitchen/dining area, and a large living room with a huge couch that could definitely act as a bed if need be. The balcony off the master bedroom was lovely in the morning, and the neighborhood is charming. Super close to everything! We walked to five points, Mas Tacos, and other nearby attractions. Our uber ride averaged $5, and was ready to pick us up within 5 minutes every time. All of this while the first hockey game, and other large acts were in town! Definitely recommended!

We went to Nashville for a girl's weekend. I was in charge of picking the house. I agonized over my selection and must have looked at over a 100 options. I kept going back to this one because of the size, décor and large outdoor seating area. The 401 Nasty did not disappoint! This house was perfect for 6 women and Matt and Debbie could not have been more accommodating. I would highly recommend this property!

This home is nearly brand new. The place was spotless at check in and the personal touch that Debbie gives to her guests is exceptional. A large chalkboard on the wall welcomes you personally and has info about the closest stores, restaurants etc. There was even fresh cookies and cupcakes for us weary travelers upon our arrival. Living room and all 3 bedrooms had large screen HD TV'S though with all that is Nashville just minutes away, TV wasn't on our list of things to do. There is off street parking for two vehicles. Uber is the way to go downtown though as parking is pricey there. So much of necessities were already in the house, we were amazed. Previous guests left non perishables and condiments and we did the same. You could never go wrong renting The 401 Nasty!!!

We stayed for a week at this wonderful home for a family gathering. We arrived from Washington state and London to spend time with our son and his family who live locally as well as a final wedding dress fitting for our London daughter. She and her fiancée will be moving to the area early next year from England. We explored, did some house hunting and enjoyed some wonderful time together. The house is so comfortable and when my daughter and her family from Tacoma arrived at the end of the week, she asked if we had secretly purchased a home in Nashville to surprise everyone... it was furnished and decorated in a way that matched our own style. We are already thinking about our next visit to the area and hope to stay here again! Deb is so kind and gracious... Southern hospitality personified!!!

My family and I stayed in this beautiful home in East Nashville for a family reunion, and it was perfect in every way!
A day or two before our trip, Debbie contacted me to make sure I knew all of the tricks of getting access to the house and share ideas for where we should go while we were in town (she is SO nice!). There's an enormous chalkboard just inside the back door where we were greeted with a personal note welcoming us to Nashville. Such a nice touch!
The home itself is literally brand new. The kitchen is beautiful and stocked to the hilt with everything you could possibly need (plates, glasses, silverware, every kind of pot and pan, even a blender and spices). The house has stunning dark hardwood floors... beautifully appointed rooms ... charming artwork. As though an interior designer thoughtfully decorated every room.
This is without a doubt one of the nicest rental homes I've ever stayed in. If you are planning a trip to Nashville and this house is available... book it right away! I'm telling you... you will not be disappointed.

We could not have asked for anything better. The house was immaculate, comfortable, charming, well located. Debbie was a doll, and so easy to communicate with. We had rented a car and we Uber'ed, its cheaper to Uber into town than to pay 15$ for 2 hours of parking. We went to the Grand Ole Opry, took the Redneck Comedy bus tour.. HYSTERICAL! Hit the Honky Tonks. Merchants on Broadway great restaurant. Locally we ate at Edley's for Bar-B-Cue, Nashville Biscuit House for breakfast, Tenn Sixteen was amazing. I would highly recommend staying and will stay here again. Thank you Debbie for sharing your amazing home with us.

WOW! This place was even better than what we expected! So clean, decorated beautifully and was more than enough room for the 6 of us who went. It is very close to town and has a wonderful outdoor space, with a grill!
