management so harsh…check out time so earlier..too much rules like we stay gor free…this first and last for us here…too bad experience…tv also not function..

The unit abit old and seem like didn't manage very well .

- Easy check in and good security in apartment - Location is convenient - Facilities in the condominium is good - Big apartment

- Check in is later than usual and checkout is much earlier than usual (10am checkout, can’t remember how much for extension) - The beds are mostly very low (close to floor). One of the bed was slightly bent. - Some furniture and bedding could be changed (some furniture has been damaged and some of the beddings could tell it’s quite old) - The apartment definitely need some touch up especially on quite some part seems to have suffered water damage before - Apartment is generally clean but could still find quite some dust in corners, gaps and on the wall

the location, the size, price quite ok for the size. The owner was very kind to allow us check in at 1.30pm (original is 3pm) but to let you know upfront the check out time is 10AM! You need to pay extra if you check out at 12pm. Rm80 if im not mistaken.

Quite dusty especially the sofa. Some mold observed at 3rd room. The cleaning after previous The whole facility need to revamp. Not like others homestay/airbnb that i have been. This one is like cukup syarat only. Also would like to recommend if the 2nd room could have 1 queen size bed & 1 single bed. Since the room is big.

great value for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. location was good for our needs. nice to have a kitchen and large living space. gym and beautiful pool were a plus.

only one key to share was inconvenient, the bathrooms were dirty especially the showers( don’t think they’d cleaned except the floors, everything was dusty in the bedrooms,) kitchen was clean but missing basic pot to make soup or boil eggs…. lots of huge frying pans though LOL.

VERY UNHELPFUL STAFF. unwilling to help. i was sick and couldnt do the 14days stay.. wanted to change to another date. I even offered to burn the 2 nights but at least let me reschedule the 12 remainjnh days as theyre not cheap. the staff was completely unsympathetic with the fact that im sick. dont-care-attitude. just ignored my request. keep saying “dont know”. completely refused to help in any way at all. i burn all my 3k and never stayed there a single day. wonderful 👏🏽😒
