Beautifully decorated and every room was comfortable. Nice central location on a generally quiet part of the street (hard to find, I know, as I’ve lived in Savannah before…). I biked or walked everywhere I wanted to go from river street to Forsyth. The apartment is on the second floor, so something to keep in mind for people who struggle with stairs, but it lent to some lovely porch views.
The AC was not working properly when we arrived, but the company answered right away on a late Saturday afternoon, and got someone out immediately who didn’t leave until he was sure it was working.
Note to owners/management— may not want to keep the unit off when it is unoccupied in summer months. Numerous drawers and cabinets where stuck shut from material melting together, and it was quite hot trying to unload baggage.
Overall we had an amazing time, and were so comfortable in the space!

We stayed at this loft for 1 night. Upon the morning, our AC was not working. After maintenance came thru the issue was not going to be resolved so we quickly had to move to a new location. While inconvenient, Lucky Savannah moved us quickly and were attentive to answer messages.The beds were comfy, the rooms were clean, good location. The highway didn't bother us. With working AC I'm sure this place is great. Unfortunately we did see/had to deal with a couple roaches before our departure.

We were very pleased with the home's location and cleanliness upon arrival; however, on the first morning we left the home at around 11 am and when we returned at 4 pm we discovered thousands of small dead bugs on our kitchen floor. We suspect they were termites. They were scattered over the floors, on one desk surface, in bags, near doors and windows, near the trash—everywhere. This required Lucky Savannah's cleaning crew and ultimately a move to a different Airbnb. Thankfully we had not gone onto the wooden balcony but we do wonder if it's safe due to the obvious termite issue.

This condo was lovely. The beds were comfortable, floors clean, linens were clean and soft. Location was great. Parking was on street, free. We had 2 cars and did not have an issue with parking at all. The interstate is right next to the house. It did not bother us but if you are a light sleeper, I can see how this would be a big problem. My one complaint was that there were not basic cooking items left in the cabinet to use. Salt, pepper, oil. There were not even extra trash bags. We had to buy all of that. Please leave simple cooking items like that so it does not have to be purchased and thrown out every time.

We enjoyed the area, the sites & the food! The unit itself seemed like the floors had not been moped/cleaned before our arrival. Limited supply of paper products considering we had six guests staying five days. That said, we did come across Lucky Savannah's office & was able to have extra supplies dropped off at our location. Office staff was very nice & accommodating. Very nice place to stay & I would definitely recommend this unit & area.

We left our stay here. The location is extremely walkable to everything Savannah has to offer. The home itself was clean, well, equipped, spacious, and beautiful. The communication about check-in, check out, and everything else we would need to know, was excellent. The only advice I would give future guest is to bring a pair of earplugs if you’re a light sleeper, as the bedrooms are adjacent to a street with a decent amount of traffic noise. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a wonderful property. Rooms are beautifully appointed and decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed. Extremely convenient location. Very walkable to the historic district restaurants and sites. We never had trouble finding a parking space within a few feet of the front door. Our group was four older women. We enjoyed the comfy couches as we all settled in for winter night's reading. It was incredibly clean. We would be happy staying here again. Thank you!

A nice rental. Comfy and plenty of room for sharing with friends and we each had our own space for down time. Great walkable location, close to squares, Forsyth Park and the Riverfront. If you are stair challenged, look elsewhere as this is a 2nd floor rental up a long flight of stairs (we didn't mind).Some comments from my friends: need hooks in bathroom and it would be nice to have body wash instead of teeny bars of soap. The kitchen was great for playing games except the chairs need pads on the bottom of the legs (horrible noise when moved on the tile floor). Kitchen could also use updates on glassware, utensils, etc... (a Kuerig would be nice too).Favorite Eats: Coco & Moss, Flock to the Wok (and Peacock Lounge), Toast, Sweet Patricia's, and Spread Bagels.Favorite Shopping: Picker Joe's Antique Mall (we didn't shop much but loved this place and found a sweet painting).

The loft was so beautiful, spacious and clean There was plenty of room for all 7 of us - we are a group of longtime girlfriends celebrating milestone birthdays! The outside porch was nice to have morning coffee, or a glass of wine in the evening. We could walk for brunch, shops, tours, dinner, it was wonderful! We all would highly recommend to other friends or family traveling to Savannah!

We loved our stay here. We walked everywhere! It’s about a 20 min walk from River street. Never felt unsafe about the area. Very spacious and 3 bathrooms is a huge plus for bigger groups! If you’re sensitive to noise, be aware that the exit ramp from the interstate is right behind it so can be noisy at times but wasn’t a huge issue for us. There’s no assigned parking but there was plenty of street parking available. Would stay here again!

Visited Savannah for our friend’s son’s wedding. This centralized location provided us with the opportunity to explore Historic Downtown Savannah (most everything was walking distance) and still be close to the wedding venue. Enjoyed our stay!

It was my birthday weekend and was spent with my boyfriend and our kids. We made some great memories and can’t wait to visit again! The place was so adorable, clean, and functional.

This property was just okay. One of the showers didn’t work, and 2 of the 4 tvs didn’t work. The master bath was lacking major in storage. A pedal stool sink with no countertop to hold toiletries was problematic when traveling with a group of girls. On a positive note, the beds were very comfortable.

Had a fantastic stay here for our bachelorette party of 6! Walking distance to all the bars we wanted to visit or a short $5 Uber ride home. Would 100% recommend!

Absolutely beautiful and spacious rental! We were all very pleased with the beds and the house location. Only things we did not like was you could tell it was an old smoked in building. You will get the smell at times and the couches in the living room could use a good stain remover and deep clean.

Not very clean!
This rental could have used a good cleaning. The outside of the trash can was dirty. There was a sock under our bed, and a comb under our rug. The sheets to our bed didn’t fit, therefore kept slipping down. The couch had stains all over it. The shower curtain had also fallen down in the bathtub when we had gotten there. I know these are little things..but still.

Not worth it.
While the building and loft looks nice there was a lot of things that need to be addressed. The cleanliness of the loft being the biggest issue. There was sand all over the floors. We had to sweep the entire loft just to be able to walk barefoot around the apartment. When we got into the beds the Queen size room and the Trundle bed room both had sand in the sheets and the Master bedroom sheets had blood on them. The Queen room tub was dirty and didn't drain properly. I also was bit by a spider during the night on Saturday then Sunday night we woke up to a roach crawling around in the bed with us. The Queen mattress also has a large dip in the middle so if 2 people are in the bed you roll onto each other. TV's in the Master and the Trundle room did not work. We found socks, hair clips and a plate under beds and in the living room furniture. Unless I missed it in the description, It doesn't say that you are right on top of the HWY so all the traffic is very loud and the lights shine into your bedrooms. They could benefit from dark curtains. Tried to reach out to Management and left 2 messages and I haven't received a call back yet.

Great place! Great location!
The location is walkable to everything including River Walk and most of SCAD (5-15 min). The apartment itself is quite large and the bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need. Living room was super comfy. Parking is alright. It’s street parking so you will need to pay attention to the signs. Sometimes a little hard to find parking but wasn’t too bad. Only issue - the bathroom that shares the main hallway and one of the bedrooms (the one without the tub) did not have hot water. The water in the shower and the sink would not go past lukewarm. Glad there were other showers with hot water. They will hopefully fix that before their next guest. Other than that, it was perfect!!!

This was a great stay for our friends’ trip. The property was clean and conveniently located on a quiet street at the edge of the historic district. Host was responsive and helpful. Everything ran smoothly. We would love to stay here again.

Loved this place, and would recommend it, unless you have bad knees. (the stairs are tough) Parking was not the easiest, as you cannot park in lot attached to property. That being said, the place was beautiful, and confortable.

Perfect location
Everything was just great about this place. It had all the necessities covered and is comfortable to relax in the home or on the porch, very quiet as it’s a little farther from the “action” of Savannah but still easy to walk to anywhere you want to go. Great for a family or group of friends getaway weekend! Would recommend to anyone visiting to stay here.

The property is located to the north of the historic district in a quiet location. It is a nice place but lacks some amenities that you would expect from this value of property such as trash bags, dishwasher det, cookware, bathoom rugs, etc.. we experienced a couple of maitenance issues but mgt seemed to be concerned with resolving them.

Great location., parking was an issue
After we learned how to use the free public transit system we did not have to move our cars so parking really was not an issue. Noise was an issue in one bedroom with exit ramp right outside window. TV in trundle bedroom did not work (maybe need batteries is remote?) There were no issues serious enough for us to complain.

A Great Home Base
a great place to stay when visiting Savannah and Tybee Island. the street was quiet and the traffic light. it is not in the middle of all the action but is close enough to everything you need.

What a clean place!!! And easy access by walking and short rides to historical Savannah. The only problem is parking. It was hard to park or even find one. We were traveling with two cars and total of five people. Also the place is so pretty and well furnished!!! Other than that Inwould love to come back to rent this place. Prices are a little confusing. Basically for five days we paid more than $2000 and the online price is $240 something. So added by fees and all it ended up $400 plus a night. . Also there is a cleaning fee why do we need to take the trash out. Thank you
