Este es un hermoso, limpio y muy artístico y ecléctico apartamento diseñado y creado exclusivamente para recibir huéspedes. No utilizado por el propietario. Este apartamento está en el segundo piso de un edificio que tiene 4 unidades de apartamentos. Se encuentra en el centro en el histórico distrito "DETONTI SQUARE". Muy tranquilo con hermosas casas antiguas y grandes robles. Está a solo 5 cuadras de la animada 'Dauphin Street' con todos los restaurantes, bares y otras actividades.

I've stayed at this place before. It's great and Ken is really good as far as communication.

Property was very relaxing and close to many restaurants, and a nice grocery store close by. The stair case is very spacious and easy to walk up and down. A/C works GREAT and the bed was very comfortable. The entire place was super clean and has everything you you could possibly need. The owner lives just below unit B, which I found quite comforting.

The apartment is as described (has a Keurig). The space is beautifully decorated and luxurious. The area is amazing with Greer’s Market nearby (5 min walk). They have groceries, hot/cold food bar, deli, and plenty of grab-go options. The neighborhood is historic with beautiful architecture and buildings. Numerous restaurants and coffee options within a 1-mile radius. The apartment is in a small complex of 4 apartments with a courtyard in front. We stayed in Unit B which is upstairs. Those with mobility issues may not be able to climb the thin spiral staircase to the door. Consider staying in unit C (downstairs). The owner is on site and was very pleasant. We found the stay comfortable and relaxing. Was a pleasure to stay with this host.

Nicely furnished apartment close to restaurants and a great grocery store. The location is quiet, and it has ample parking. Short walk to grocery store and coffee shop. We felt very safe in the neighborhood.

Everything from check in to leaving was a breeze. The apartment is adorable and so tastefully decorated with amazing art pieces! One of a kind, can’t wait to go back!

It was perfect from the time we unlocked the door. It was central to bars, restaurants and all the mardi gras shenanigans. The small grocery store thats a short walk away was great. We parked and walked everywhere.

Short Trip
Ken did let us check in a few minutes early which was nice. The unit is in a great location and was well equipped. We would stay there again for sure. Thanks Ken!!

Everything about it was amazing from top to bottom everything was clean and organized it’s close enough to downtown where you could walk it was just a fun experience with the art too i will be booking again soon
