Location and facilities would recommend to family and friends.

None really, we did have a problem locating the apartment as we couldn't find anywhere close to park and walk to find .

Had everything you could think of, we took tea/coffee etc but had no need, it also had mini shower gel, soap & a shampoo. Cotton buds & cottonwool balls The appartment was spotless & very modern. Lots of local information in the welcome book. Perfect location. Wouldn't stay for 1 night due to cost (understandable considering the turnaround process) but works out well staying for 2 or more as it was £10 extra for us to stay for 2 nights. Great communication & instructions. Easy check in. Highly recommend.

Just a suggestion Maybe a mirror over the drawers in the hallway would be handy for putting makup on, there was a great mirror in the room but had to move make up from drawers and back, not that im lazy, it would just be easier - especially if there are 2 ladies getting ready!!!

The pillow were terrible and my partner and I got hardly any sleep. Better pillows would have made the stay perfect

Great location, apartment was.qell looked after and presented. The staff went above and beyond in every query, from finding me EV parking to sending me paint colours we liked in the apartment. Highly recommended

The staff at the property, Sarah, was excellent going the extra mile to make our stay great despite the last minute booking due to late cancellation of original property. Remaking beds checking details etc. Property was excellent clean well equipped and great location for our short stay.

Good Location, very clean, fresh milk in the fridge (life saver)

Very picky but could of done with plugs in front of mirrors, had to move the bed to access a plug socket.

Staff at reception were extremely helpful and friendly and as weather was poor they got our studio ready early.

This was a wonderful "self serve" stay. Being the holidays, they were very generous to give us a complementary upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment, which was great. Everything about the stay was very relaxing and nice. The extra security in the building was also a plus for us.

I honestly can't think of anything that I didn't like. It was a lovely stay, and I would stay again.

It was raining heavily upon arrival. No parking on site and zone parking or pay carparks are the only close options. We found a non zone but it was about 10 mins walk. We were soaked when we arrived and the host was really sweet and let us go straight into the room which was earlier than we should. This was great so we could get everything unpacked and suitcases dry. We also asked about extra towels and they arrived immediately. Super friendly and great service.

Only niggle was that could have done with a bigger mirror on the desk in the bedroom to use for putting make up on and drying hair.

Check in time 4pm - far too late as had to check out by 10.30
