This was a very convenient location to Covent Garden and Trafalgar Square. The hotel was very quiet and secure. The staff were outstanding and took great care of us.

The staff were amazing! We celebrated my friends 21st birthday and they went above and beyond to make it special for her!

Really good location, tube station just a couple of minutes away and lots of eateries very near by.

Has no restaurant, this would have been nice especially in the morning.

Breakfast was not included as there was no restaurant on site. This being said, it didn't matter as there were many small eateries within a stone's throw of the hotel.

Lovely and clean, airy room, great shower, use of Molton Brown in the bathroom, usual tea and coffee provided, ironing board, and safe. Great location for Covent Garden, theatre, Leicester Square etc. The staff are delightful, and they provide wine between 6 and 7 in a little seating area, which is a nice touch. I will definitely stay again.

The breakfast was dreadful. In fairness, the hotel doesn't provide a restaurant, so they have a company nearby, that provides breakfast for them. It was vile..I wouldn't order this again.

Location.

We stayed here in October and told our friends. I booked them a room for two nights and one night for us pre-cruise. The price of the rooms were more and rooms were literally half the size of what we had in October. Terribly overpriced for what we received.

The location was phenomenal! They also have a happy from 6 til 7 in the evening.

Fantastic little hotel ! stayed for only one night but really loved our stay . The room was spotlessly clean, bed super comfortable and bathroom perfect. Tea coffee and fridge and coffee machine also in the room . Staff were super welcoming and friendly. would definitely stay again .

The location, facilities and cleanliness are all perfect. The friendliness and personality of the staff made our vacation the best. Thanks to the staff, we had a super comfotable experience. After checking out, the staff asked us, "Are you still going out until your flight? Shall I keep your luggage?" After coming back to hotel, they asked us, "Do you want to use the bathroom?" I was impressed that everything was perfect. We found the best accommodation in London.

There was noise from the main street so I had bad sleep 2 out of 3 nights.
