Our hosts were lovely. The apartment was well-stocked and comfortable, easy walking distance from the city center.

The apartment was very nicely done. The rooms were large and the apartment had anything you could ask for. The owner brought fresh cannolis each mirning for breakfast.

This was our first time visiting Sicily, and with so many places to choose from in Palermo, we were a little worried about getting something wrong. As it happens, we could not have selected a better apartment, host or location. Bozena was a perfect host from start to finish, with quick responses to any messages, and offering great recommendations on transport to/from the airport, local restaurants, places to see, markets, and beaches. The morning delivery of croissants was unexpected and amazing! There was even a small Birthday treat for our youngest daughter who turned 13 whilst we were on holiday. Such a very kind and thoughtful gesture from Bozena. The apartment is very spacious, comfortable, clean and importantly, very quiet given its central location. Everything we needed was in the apartment, including bottled water and milk, sugar, tea and coffee (for the expresso machine, which made excellent coffee!). In summary, if you're going to Palermo and want to be close to the centre (less than 10 min walk to the Massimo Theatre), yet have a comfortable and peaceful night's sleep from a host that really looks after you, then you need to book Cluverio 11. The property is centrally located in a quiet street. It is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking etc. A very comfortable and clean apartment with lots of extras in the bathroom and Kitchen. It is beautifully presented and everything is of top quality. The host was extremely friendly and accommodating and kept in regular contact with us should we need anything. I highly recommend this property.

Bozena, and the apartment we rented for our stay in Palermo were wonderful. ( yes she brings croissants every morning at 8:00 yum!) The apartment had old world charm, was very spacious with 2 big bedrooms and baths to enjoy after a day of touring. She had a wonderful dining suggestion in the neighborhood and arranged airport transport when our trip was over. There was a bit of a walk to the historic center but that is a minor issue with so many positives. If I have the opportunity to return to Palermo again, I would definately rent from Bozena again.

We had a lovely time in Palermo. The apartment was a short walk from the old city in a great neighbourhood. The apartment itself was clean, quiet and well equipped and the owner was extremely attentive and helpful! We would highly recommend a stay here!

We LOVED staying here! We were greeted on arrival, given a rundown of the city with a paper map, and had all our questions answered. This was our favorite place out of 4 in Italy. It was comfortable to spread out with a sofa, kitchen table, and porch. All was very clean and very well kept. What was extra special was finding family grave sites, actual cousins, and the home of our great-great-grandfather! Through Bozena and several of her contacts she shared, our trip was successful and fun! Thanks!

Property was just what we needed for a 2 day stay.

Bozena was an excellent host. Provided croissants every day, plenty of bottled water and helped book a driver to Monreale for us. She went above and beyond. The property was also very nice and clean- I recommend this property to all.

This was a perfect place for us to stay as we explored Palermo - clean, airy, modern. The location is walking distance to everything and the apartment was a welcome place to return after experiencing the passionate energy that makes this city so intoxicating. Bozena was helpful and responsive and was affectionately dubbed the croissant fairy, delivering fresh pastries each morning of our stay. I accidentally left my jewelry case on our way out, and she made sure it got back to me safely. We have stayed in many rentals on our travels, and it is with gratitude that I highly recommend this one. Enjoy!

Out of the eight properties we stayed at, this by far, was the best. Bosena is the perfect hostess. We would highly recommend a stay at this luxurious property.

We fell in love with the property as soon as we saw it. I booked after reading the previous reviews and it's distance from all the main sights which was rely close. It truly was a home from home and Bozena went the extra mile to make sure we enjoyed our stay. She supplied all the essentials that we would need. Coffee, tea, bottled water,and jams Nutella. I could go on but we had everything we needed. The bathrooms were also well equipped with toiletries which was unexpected. Bozena was a phone call away to assist and help us and we so appreciated it. The terrace was a welcoming sight after long days touring around and we certainly used it. Also as previous reviews Bozena delivers freshly baked croissants and every morning and they were delicious. If I was to be in Palermo again I would certainly stay there and I would recommend the apartment to all.

We absolutely loved Palermo!! Bozena was wonderful…very helpful and responsive! She had fresh croissants delivered every morning which was literally a highlight of our trip! They were amazing! Her place was very clean and comfortable. It felt like a home away from home! She had coffee, milk, and sugar available. She really thought of everything! I would definitely recommend this place!

I have stayed in many rentals however I have never before had service as exceptional as that which Bozena provided. She went above and beyond to ensure an excellent stay. It was a beautiful apartment, with all comforts of home but with European style. I loved sitting on the back patio with a glass of wine in the evening. The host graciously brought us delicious fresh cornettos and bottled water during our stay making the mornings so perfect. She provided us with a map of the city and was available for questions during our stay, if needed. Highly recommend! Would stay again when we return to Palermo! 10/10

This was an excellent apartment close to everything in the heart of historic Palermo. Our host was wonderful. She met us outside upon our arrival and explained everything perfectly. She was extremely responsive when we had questions. The apartment was clean and modern, with many little details like shampoo, soaps, micellar water, laundry soap, coffee, watered bottle, etc., etc. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great short term stay apartment in Palermo!!

We loved this property ... especially the fresh croissants delivered to our door each morning! Bozena was an attentive host. She met us on time and was very helpful. Her apartment is beautiful. Clean, airy and the patio was a real bonus. We could walk to all the attractions. There is a parking garage just around the block so that was handy for our vehicle. We had our two 20-something boys with us and there was lots of room. Great place and I would definitely stay there again. Thanks Bozena for making our trip so memorable. Paul

Our first stop in Sicicly was this lovely apartment in Palermo. Bozena’s hospitality was so helpful in helping us navigate the city, restaurants, transportation etc. The apartment has so many small features that make it special, umbrellas, magnifying makeup mirror, coffee, milk, water available for use, maps, etc. The location is on a tree lined street with little traffic but close to all sites. Layout of bedrooms and bathrooms is convenient for two couples or a family. Outdoor space is perfect to relax after a day sightseeing. We would highly recommend a stay here!

The apartment is everything and more. Bozena's attention to her guests every need exceeds expectation! She has great communication and offers hers and others services to make your stay a great one. There are already many excellent reviews about this property and Bozena. We will add another review with our voice. From start to finish the interact with Bozena was professional and helpful. She arranged for transportation to pick us up at the airport and she was waiting outside the apartment when we arrived. She answered all our questions, provided us with cornetti each morning (if we so desired) and provided transportation for us to pick up our rental car. The apartment was beautiful with an outside eating area (weather permitting). Two large comfortable bedrooms, two very nice bathrooms, a serviceable kitchen and dining area and setting area. It was very spacious and clean and Bozena saw that it stayed that way. We found Palermo to be a diverse and exhilarating city with many interesting attractions and good food and friendly people. Amazing property, clean, modern, extremely comfortable beds. Showers and jetted tub are fantastic. But what takes it over the top is Bozena is incredible, fresh pastries delivers every morning, she’s accessible 24 hours a day and was so helpful during our stay- providing us with maps and recommendations . If I were able to give her more than 5 stars I would! Highly recommend.

This apartment was very nice and comfortable. It was a great location. The host was very accommodating providing coffee, tea and milk. She also delivered fresh croissants in the mornings. She was helpful in recommending great restaurants and even made a reservation for us.

This apartment is exactly as pictured and a great place to stay. Everything updated and all amenities you need including shampoo, conditioner, English language netflix account, washing machine, and more. Bozena is an awesome host and delivers fresh croissant every morning and able to help with transport for day trips. She set us up with a driver to take us to Monreale who was very polite and efficient. One of the best VRBO experiences we have had.

The property is located in a very convenient location in the heart of Palermo. The attention to detail in every way is superb. We found the apartment to be very clean, the linens and bed very comfortable, WiFi fast and reliable, and everything was well stocked. Bozena truly made our stay, she thought of everything. From the coffee already ground and ready to go, to the croissants in the morning, soaps, shampoo etc., all we needed to do was arrive. This is truly a top notch property that Bozena provides for fellow travelers lucky enough to book with her.

This was a very comfortable and convenient place to stay in Palermo, within easy walking distance of all the sights, shops and restaurants we wanted to visit. It was possible to walk from the station (about half an hour). The apartment was well kitted out with everything we might need, and Bozena was the most attentive host: giving us restaurant recommendations and finding out what was on at the theatre. She really deserves six stars.
