I never expected the stay to be this good. It's located on the outskirts of the airport and is a very nice and quiet place to stay in. They don't have a kitchen but have 2 partner restaurants who will deliver to your room. It's very essential that I call out the staff behaviour, it's absolutely awesome and very welcoming. If you want a decent stay near the airport, go for this stay without a second doubt.

You have to walk up the stairs, good that the staff helped to carry the luggage. Water took a long time to heat up as it was solar powered. Though its called airport hotel, its not at the airport, still need a cab to get there

It was all value of money.Although the room was small it was nice, neat and clean rooms with sufficient facilities .

So much to like about this place: the price is reasonable, the room is small but cozy, it's clean, ensuite bathroom, towels, soap and shampoo, clean bed, air conditioning, coffee and tea in room, wifi. The communication was great. They helped me with transfer to their property from the airport, as well as to the Railstation. Everything was convenient and comfy. The staff was really friendly and you have the option for breakfast as well. I enjoyed my short time there and would recommend it to anybody.

I had an early morning flight so it was convenient right next to the airport. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I had a non AC room, but when I arrived the power was out so the fan wouldn’t operate and the only solution was to open the window so I got a room full of mosquitoes which was not great.

YELLOW WATER : THE WATER WAS TAKING FROM BEHIND TABLE FULL OF DUST POOR LIGHTING POOR HEATER POOR BREAKFAST THIS HOTEL SEND A TAXI GUY TO SEND US AT AIRPORT , THE CHARGE IS 350 RUPEES , I GAVE THE DRIVER 500 , HE SAID NO CHANGED ( IS THIS MY BLOODY PROBLEM ? THEN THE DRIVER HOLDING 100 100 2 NOTES , EXPECTING ME TO SAY THAT "KEEP THE CHANGE" HIS CAR BOOT DAMAGED , THERE IS NO LOCK AND HE IS DRIVING FAST , WHAT IF OUR LUGGAGE IS DROPPED ? THERE IS SOME TEMPLE ITEMS IN THE TICKET ? WHAT IS THE POINT HAVING MANY BOARD OF DIRECTORS CANT FIX THE ISSUE. SORRY TO SAY THIS , THIS IS MY LAST TRIP TO YOUR PLACE.

My experience with India & budget lodgings has been ALOT of bait & switch -like can’t trust the reviews or pics sort of stuff so I went into this expecting the same. But this place was actually really cute, clean & great! Way better than it’s pictures -I would def stay at this place again whenever I fly back to Kochi. Like they even have hand painted murals on their walls -really good ones. 😍

Absolutely nothing, worst hotel ever.

Besides the unwilling staff, the dirty bedsheets and room in general, the sketchy location although close to the airport, the water coming out of all the taps in the room was brown. When we called reception, their reply was "well, we have a small issue with the water but nobody has ever complained". Totally unacceptable and risky in terms of hygiene, wouldn't recommend to anyone even for a couple of hrs stay.
