Really good and clean apartment. Really well equipped with washing machine, utensils to cook etc. Situated in a beautiful location along Ha Long Bay. Offers great views of the surrounding being on the 11th floor. The owner Angela was very helpful and provided us extra items like detergent powder when we needed it urgently even when they were not part of our original booking.

the sea view is nice, the environment is cozy and quiet. the. the staff is friendly and helpful. the price is very cheap.

the location is not so near to the center and port. we need to call a taxi to go to the nearest attraction place.

The location is good and they have kept it clean mostly. It's great value for money and a good deal at this price but we ended up spending a lot of money on cabs as there's no transport available nearby. The view is good

The dishes were very dirty and we had to wash them before and after using them. No place to keep your toiletries in the shower area. We had to pick them up from the floor every time. And the lady checked or would rather say, 'investigated' the whole apartment while we were still getting ready on the day of our check out. This was a bit strange for us.

There was a supermarket and coffee shop in the same building, apartment was Spacious and there was a pool, our ac was broken but the owner sent someone to fix the next morning after I let them know (super fast)

Areas of the apartment was dirty, there was a used condom found under one of the beds, location isn't to bad but you do need to drive to most if not all attractions. WiFi was a little weak and the toilet paper provided was not enough for a group of 5 for 3 nights

I loved the view, the privacy, the owner is amazing and very friendly security.

The bed was a bit hard, I have to sleep on my tight shoulder, so had a bit of pain getting up in my arm, but still amazing.

Host was so helpful. She even help me to book a restaurant for my husband’s suprired party. Room look bigger than its size.

The apartment was relatively clean, easy to find and had a good view. We liked that it had a balcony as well as some English channels on the television. It was also quiet. The check-in was easy although I would say the host was neither pleasant or unpleasant...more like completely indifferent to us.

The couch was hard and uncomfortable. The mattress in one of the bedrooms was still wrapped in plastic which of course made a crunching sound whenever you moved on it. There was absolutely no hand soap in the entire apartment including the bathrooms so we had to buy some from the market downstairs. There were also no tea towels to dry dishes or hand towels in the bathrooms - just body towels. And lastly, prior to booking, there was absolutely no indication that you would have to pay to use the pool or the gym.

Nice neighbourhood.

Lack of kitchen utilities and toiletries. No free cleaning service during your stay.
