We stayed in the LCA4 flat for you apartment for one week and really enjoyed it. It was beautiful and clean with everything we needed. We will definitely going back.

The apartment is very cozy, clean, and very well-equipped. The Apartments area is quiet, and it feels safe; the location is perfect. 👣 15 minutes to Mackenzie beach 👣 15 minutes to the center and Finikoudes beach, and first stop for an intercity bus that takes you to another city 👣 20 minutes to Central Larnaca station 🛒 well-equipped market 2 minutes from the apartment 💡apartment has a hairdryer, iron, microwave The host is very kind and at your service for whatever you need.

A new renovated apartment in a very good and safe location - just 5 minutes away from a sandy beach with beach bar (Kastella), restaurants and coffee shops nearby and night life just 15 minutes away (Makenzy beach). Apartment was very clean and it had everything we needed during our stay and for cooking - clean bed sheets, bath and face towels, shampoo and shower gel. Wifi was very fast. The owner Marios was very friendly and helpful - he gave us all the needed information for the apartement and for sightseeing. I highly recommend this apartment, it was really a value for money stay.

A nice, clean and comfortable studio in a quiet neighborhood. It has everything you need to feel at home and relax during your vacation. A nice organized beach, kastella beach, is very close to the studio, about a 5 min walk. Nearby you can easily find shops of any kind: supermarkets, coffee shops, ice-cream shops, restaurants and ATM. There is also a 24-hour coffee shop close to the apartment where you can find food and drinks. City center is within walking distance not more than 20 min walk, 20 min walk to the Finikoudes beach, 20 min walk to Lazarus church, 20 min walk to Mackenzie beach. Marios was a great host, he explained us everything and he responded to every question and request immediately. Highly recommended.

Nice flat in Makenzy on the 3. floor Just 5 min from the beach. There are several restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood.
