Petit chalet disponible dans South Bay. Vues sur les plages de Kaikoura. Récemment redécoré et doté du confort moderne. Cottage a une petite cuisine et un coin salon.
Cottage dispose de 2 chambres (une interne et une sleepout) et le salon dispose d'un canapé-lit gigogne. Le chalet peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes.
Section est entièrement clôturé, sans danger pour les jeunes enfants et disposant de stationnement hors rue pour les voitures et les bateaux.
Convient aux familles
Cottage est pratique pour les rampes de bateau publics et privés et distance de marche de la plage et aire de jeux pour enfants. 5 minutes de la promenade Pennisula.

Loved our stay in your little Bach. Great for what we were after. Typical quirky kiwi Bach. Accommodating when we wanted to change our booking.

Very comfortable and well supplied. Road has quite a lot of traffic at times otherwise has great access to a very interesting and scenic area.

Fantastic people to deal with. The perfect location to base yourself for a fishing weekend or longer. If the weather isn't up to fishing the property is a lovely space to relax. Really enjoyed our time here and would love to come back again.

I found Mark & Heather's wee bach a really lovely place to stay, and it had everything I needed, or wanted.
Given, that I had temporarily fled my home, due to ongoing threats & intimidation from my neighbour (Police involved),
I slept well and felt safe for the first time in many, many weeks. I just wish I could have afforded to stay longer.
Never mind the time I spent here was such a blessing = lovely walks to the beach and 'hunkering down' when it rained.
Close to town for movies, extra food and good coffee, were added bonuses.
Thanks Heather and Mark for providing such a lovely safe house to rest & recuperate.

A great little property with everything you need. Clean and tidy and well presented. Only a couple of things were not 100% - this being not all stove elements worked, also the sleep-out door would not lock from inside but would happily stay again. Thanks!

Lovely place to stay. Very homely with extras like a suitable number of kitchen utensils and plates etc. Great shower! Good vareity of pillows. Loved the location.

A wonderful place to be neighbour were great and not one person dud not speak. All were talkative. An the bach was just spot on and relaxing.

South Bay Cottage
Really appreciate the opportunity to rent this bach.... thanks owners! Excellent communication with owners prior to our getaway. Very pleased that the house was very clean. It's quite small, so we had to stash our food bags on the floor of the lounge. Perfect position to walk to the jetty, to fish off the rocks and to do the peninsula walk.
Loved our time there.

We loved this little bach
The Bach had everything we needed and the location is great. We thought it was best for a family with two adults maximum as most adults wouldn’t want to sleep in the sleep out. We had three adults and used the sofa bed In the cottage but thought it wasn't the most comfortable.
