Ce Studio est un tout nouvel espace au 1er étage de notre maison de ville. Il a sa propre entrée privée qui ne sera utilisée que par nos clients. Le studio a beaucoup de lumière et des plafonds de 9 '. Le studio dispose d'un patio donnant sur une cour paysagée avec des chaises confortables pour vous aider à profiter des happy hours ou quelles que soient les heures. Le studio dispose d'une kitchenette complète comprenant micro, réfrigérateur, four grille-pain, plaque chauffante, hotpot, eau filtrée, Sodastream, une carafe française et également un Kueirig avec de la crème. Nous avons également des vélos que nous prêterons à nos clients afin que vous puissiez profiter du couloir de la rue North Person et du centre-ville de Raleigh, à moins d'un mile de distance. Nous sommes à 2 pâtés de maisons du bus R-LINE gratuit qui circule toutes les 15 minutes de 7 h à 23 h et vous emmène dans le centre-ville de Raleigh et vice-versa. La ville possède également des vélos Lime et des scooters électriques Bird. Vous pouvez prendre un Uber ou un Lyft avec généralement moins de 5 minutes d'attente.

We visited for the Hopscotch Music Festival and probably couldn’t have found a better place to stay. The studio is very cute, comfortable, and makes great use of a small space. It’s a short walk to downtown and nearby restaurants. The owner was very kind and responsive and we felt very welcome. Highly recommended!

Quick trip to the Raleigh area for our daughters baby shower. Great neighborhood…walking distance to coffee, ambience, good food. The unit is small, but thoughtfully appointed and Tom was a thoughtful host programming my husbands favorite music to be playing in the unit for our arrival after a longer than usual travel day. We will definitely consider staying there again:)

Overall this studio was one of the best I have stayed at. It’s so close to a lot of things very walkable. When we arrived we were greeted with music which made it feel more homey. We even got to chat with the host who is very sweet and kind. If we are ever in the Raleigh area again we would love to check and see if this studio is available!

What a great property and host! I felt very welcomed during my stay in Raleigh for a conference. This suite was comfortable, clean, and even had my favorite music on when I first walked in. It was also a very pedestrian friendly mile from my conference venue. It was a beautiful and convenient stroll through the capital each morning/evening. I definitely recommend this room if you're looking to easily explore downtown Raleigh and its surrounding, trendier neighborhoods either alone or as a couple. You'll have access to a well-priced, but 5-star home base during your visit.

We entered the studio and were met with lovely music and wonderful lighting. We enjoyed the care the owners took in their direct instructions and information about the space and the surrounding community. We felt at home in a peaceful environment that included a beautiful porch with gorgeous flowers. We will definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect, cutest little getaway centrally located to so many options downtown. The hosts little extra touches made this trip a wonderful experience! We highly, highly recommend staying here and should the opportunity present itself, we’d love to stay again!

Studio was perfect and location was right next door to my event at Merrimon-Wynne House. Unit has street parking but was always able to find a spot fairly close. Would definitely stay here again

For a small space it was well laid out and so mush room for clothes. I also liked the peacefull vibe. Tom was a great host/congierge. My sister and I really enjoyed our stay.

Studio was in a great location for where I needed to be that weekend- minutes from downtown Raleigh.
The host was very communicative and responsive. There were some issues with getting in (code provided did not work) but we were able to figure out a solution.
The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great!
It was pretty loud one evening from music playing above, but the host provided a noise machine and we just turned up the fans to drown out the noise.
Room could use some dusting and the mini fridge was a bit leaky and did not keep food too cold.

Raleigh is a “bike-able” city! I appreciated having access to a bicycle (included with my stay). Think about it…if you’re able, riding instead of driving has some benefits!

We had the opportunity to spend two nights in this location. The host was amazing. Anything you could think that you would want or need for a short stay in someone else’s property was there. The location was great easy to get too many places. Highly recommend this place to stay for a couple as a nice getaway.

My wife and I had a great stay! The host was great at responding when we had an issue and was very nice and kind to us. I would 10/10 recommend coming here! It is a cute little place about a 15/20 minute drive from anywhere in Raleigh and there is a Krispy Kreme within walking distance along with some other good places to eat within walking distance. Overall, this was a great place to stay in Raleigh!

Was in town for QuiltCon with my aunt--the property was the perfect distance from the Convention Center. We enjoyed the walk it gave us and a chance to explore local businesses and restaurants!

A perfect place for our long weekend. Comfy enough to both crash for then night but also hang out during the day between activities. Tom was super communicative and offered tips for places to go around town. So many options for food and attractions nearby and just an overall cozy, pleasant experience.

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay for our short visit to Raleigh. Tom, the host, was probably the most helpful and communicative host we have experienced with either AirB&B or VRBO. He was always available for any questions, offering area dining recommendations, too. The studio itself was clean, beautifully designed and decorated, the bed was most comfortable and the overall space surprisingly ideal for the two of us. It’s in a great location for exploring. Tom is an excellent host and communicates well and checks in to insure a great stay. The studio is very comfortable and has everything you need. Located in a very quiet near-downtown neighbor.
We were in town for a family wedding held at the Merrimon-Wynne House. Tom's studio is only a half block away! Well worth your consideration if in Raleigh.

Our stay here was great. Tom was friendly and offered many great suggestions and accommodations. The location was convenient to downtown and was wonderful walking distance to many restaurants. We enjoyed morning walks in the Oakwood neighborhood as well as around the capitol building and Governor’s Home.

My daughter and I were in town for a concert and stayed at this property. Every detail has been thought out to a T! From the beautiful and comfy Murphy bed, to the creamy espresso from the Nespresso (ordered my own when I got home!). If I have to in RL overnight, I’ll always check availability on this gem first!

This studio is an incredibly thought out space. The owners have everything you need. We particularly enjoyed the Nespresso coffee and the bed sheets felt luxurious! We had excellent communication with the owners. I would highly recommend!

The property was amazing, not a single complaint! Everything thing was just as pictured and more. In the short time we were there (4 nights) we spent many hours enjoying the front porch sitting area, so peaceful and the people in the area were so welcoming and friendly. We were also able to meet Tom whom from the very beginning was beyond attentive and so very kind. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely be back!

Tom was wonderful! Thought of everything and offered great recommendations for nearby coffee and food. This unit was extremely private, clean and well stocked. Highly recommend if you want to explore the city yet have a lovely little retreat to recharge at :)
