Amazing quality and standard was exceptional!

The staff were very polite and welcoming. The whole hotel seems to be recently renovated. Our room was clean and modern, we were upgraded to a bigger room to accomodate the cot which was provided for free. Great location, only a few hundred metres from Westfield and a short walk to parramatta square. The car park was small and tight (we have a wagon) but manageable also much cheaper than other accomodation charge in parramatta. Gym facilities were very clean and new. No road noise at all despite being on a busy road.

The rooms are quiet, you can't hear the traffic at all. The free movies on the big screen TV was a bonus at the end of the day. Great shower, great water pressure. The bed was comfortable.
The lack of parking available and the size of the car park was hair raising! Nice and secure but a tight fit for a larger car.

They hire all Indian people and are very rude
They don’t have tissue box in room, they don’t have trolley to take luggage from outside, they don’t offer eggs in BF nor buffet in breakfast

The staff could not do enough to help you! And the location was amazing so close to the shops and train station! Rooms large and clean!

It was clean and very nice, we stayed for the night and it was perfect for what we needed.
The undercover parking for people who booked this could have been better signed. As in it has guess and drop off area but maybe have parking here. Besides that everything was perfect

Beautiful hotel, in such a great location. A quick walk to the Westfield and local restaurants. The hotel team were very helpful and happy to answer any questions I had. The room was a good size and with great amenities.
Due to there being tile in the hotel room I would have liked the option of a blanket to add to the bed. I wasn't able to find a blanket in any of the cupboards. But heating worked well and helped with any chill in the room.

They clean the room every day
The breakfast was not good as it doesn't mention its continental when we booked, the hall for breakfast was very small and something no place to sit, the safe box money in the room not working and when we ask no one knows how to fix, they offer water only in check-in and not every day ,

A clean comfortable and quiet room just 200metres from Westfield Shopping centre.
Next time I will pre-book the limited parking to make sure my vehicle was on-site.
Great accomodation with friendly and efficient staff.
Cooked breakfast would have improved the stay even more.

one power point that the kettle was plugged into didn’t work. I thought the kettle wasn’t working to start with and almost missed my morning coffee before I thought to try a different power point. lol

I could not go, due to feeling unwell. I had a problem with my feet overnight. Therefore I could not go. Also, I was very unimpressed that I could not use the booking a week later

Purpose of our stay was an early start to Westmead Private Hospital. The hotel was in a good location, clean, easy check in. Unfortunately car park was full had to park 5 minutes away from the hotel which was inconvenient when we had an early start.

Having to pay a $100 bond never seen that before limited parking.
Had a courtyard suite dirty peeling paint on the building busted fly screen a very unkept area.

Bathroom door was recently patched up but not painted.

Parking. I booked parking, then was told there were no parks and I’d have to park at Westfields.
