Location is ideal, quick walk to the nearby shopping centre and food court.

Some of the facilities did feel slightly dated, especially the after hours door, being located right next to a vending machine and not being able to open fully as a result.

Initial welcome great. Plenty of storage.

Cleanliness and equipment maintenance poor. Bathroom wall tiles had weeks of splatter. Shower had black mouldy silicone. Toilet was lopsided. Aircon had to be jammed open to stop rattle. Front came off and clearly had not been serviced anytime this decade - filter putrid. Every time you moved the bed moved and pillows disappeared down the top of the bed. Super wobbly headboard. Window difficult to open and outside so dirty viewing Paramatta city was not great. Curtains smelly. Cleaning staff put my used knife and fork back in the cupboard (unwashed) Fridge seals so old they were deteriorating. Check out receptionist was possibly the rudest human I have ever encountered on the planet. (Yes we get our check-out date wrong, we apologised and evacuated 1.5 hours late). I then went home and disinfected myself and the car.

Free parking and lovely/helpful staff member. Great location, Westfield is a 2 minute walk away.

Very old and outdated, on a noisy road, smelt musky, bathroom was dirty, bed was rock solid, pillows were terrible, ironing board had a burnt/ripped cover and the iron had a chunk missing off the tip which ripped my shirt.

Clean, comfortable, very convenient location., For people like us travelling 600 klm from western NSW, the avaiability of parking included and on site is a major draw card.

We had no complaints.
