Efficient, friendly, helpful check in.

Dirty bathrobes. Dirty towels. Dirty salt & pepper shakers in restaurant. Lots on the unhygienic/dirty/filthy list. No point having coffee machines in rooms if the mugs provided don't fit. Couldn't use it! In room fridge starts an exhaust fan up throughout the night so take ear plugs if you want sleep. Only a doona for top cover (no sheet) so if you are a hot sleeper, take a top sheet. Executive lounge only open 8am -8pm. Basic supplies avail - juice, soft drinks, tea, coffee. All else locked up except for their drinks session from 5:30 - 7:30 ??. No plates of fruit/sandwiches etc, very basic lounge so really weigh up the extra cost vs value.

The room was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast the following morning was a great bonus. I have previously stayed at the Park Royal and will continue to make my main accommodation.

Location, conveniently situated near shopping areas. Tain. Ferry. The breakfast staff were delightful.

The cost-effectiveness of the room was unsatisfactory. Considering the price paid, we were accommodated on the third floor, whereas in the same city, a superior room could have been obtained for the same cost. The bed sheets weren't clean.

Room was great and very comfty. Bar 30 was a great place to have a drink and meal. Staff had excellent customer service

Arrived one hour before breakfast ended and food did not appear to be getting turned over. Juices were almost empty. It felt like we were eating the leftovers and it didn’t seem to be fresh food, but rather food that had been sitting there all morning.

Close to food shops galore

Comfortable and clean. Not far from eat street.

Location was central to where we needed to be. Checkin was smooth.

Walls paper thin hearing the couple next door going at it like rabbits. Bed was not that comfortable, pillows were not great. Had to call down to have our coffee and milk replenished the next day.
