Very happy with our stay here, the location was great, the room was comfortable and clean, we took advantage of the buffet breakfast which was excellent with a great variety to choose from. The pool was clean and enjoyed by our daughter. We also used the undercover parking facility which was convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

The restaurant was not open for dinner over the 2 nights we were there, however we easily made plans to eat elsewhere within Parramatta.

Location is fantastic. I have stayed here multiple times and the staff are always so friendly and accommodating, nothing is ever a hassle and checkin & checkout is always easy and efficient!

The staff experience was great. I think Mary checked us in, she was super helpful and friendly. We loved that the team decorated the lobby for Swifties! Nice touch.

The bond threw us a little bit, being on a budget for the weekend. The prices were a little high but that’s to be expected with such high demand in the area on the weekend.

Very beautiful hotel, availably of parking, friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and convenient location.

There was a lack of facilities in the hotel room, no bottled water or anything in the bar fridge, and the vending machine wasn’t working. So when we got back to the hotel at midnight, starving and thirsty, all we had was warm tap water to drink.

Great location, clean & well maintained hotel. Quiet & felt safe. Located 5 minute walk to the train station & also to the big Westfield Shopping Centre. Short train to Accor Stadium. We were in Sydney for the Taylor Swift concert at the Accor Stadium & this hotel was the perfect location. The lobby was decorated in Taylor Swift style & they were playing her music which was a great touch! So nice to arrive to this!

The hair-dryer! Definitely needs to be a more powerful hair-dryer. I only have shoulder-length hair & the hair-dryer provided was totally useless. Also, it needs better pillows. They were either too hard or too soft.

It’s all ways a pleasure to stay with the staff at parramatta.

Hotel is old and dated

At the railway station end of Parramatta, good value for money hotel. A bit on the old side, but its still maintained pretty well. Was only there for a couple of nights. Was upgraded to a suite which was good. Bathrooms a bit on the old side with a bathtub instead of a walking shower which is a bit old fashioned.

Always like staying here. The familiarity of staff and facilities. Comfortable bed, bath tub, clean hotel and nice decor.

I had to pay a $200 bond which I’ve never had to pay before which left me short for my holiday.

Friendly staff at reception and evening staff at the restaurant - nothing was too much trouble. Quiet 1st floor room with walk in shower as requested. ?Restaurant food and breakfast were very good.

Great quiet location and very good restaurant with good food and staff. Room was clean, comfortable and a good size with bathroom amenities tea and coffee supplies. Wifi was included with our room rate and worked very well. Although we had to pay for parking, it was under cover with 24 hour CCTV.

The bed was way too soft and low.
