Room was excellent.

I arrived at 9.45pm on the Friday night, booked in, put bags in room, went down to bar to have a beer. I was served the beer at 9.50pm, told that bar was closing in 10 minutes. The other bars were closed. The website claims there are three bars!

The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I ever slept in and very noisy when you move. The noise on the road made it difficult to sleep and we could feel a cold breeze Theo the windows. The heater made the most annoying noise all night. You can hear doors opening and closing and the elevator was just as annoying. It’s safe to say 2hours was the most sleep we could get. Terrible experience

Clean, nice room, good parking

Room service food lacked any flavour. Brought 2 dishes and 1 set of cutlery...2nd set of cutlery took an hour to arrive. Phone in room did not work.

The room was clean and the bed was really comfy. I also like you don't have to pay for parking and can get a late check out at 1pm. Check in kiosk is amazing!!!

I have booked the room before too. last time my experience was excellent. This time the ac was not working but they immediately fixed it. Also, it says when you don’t get the room service you get $10. we were staying for 3nights. Did not get the room service all 3days thinking we would get $30 but they only give us voucher of $10 only.

Comfortable bed, close proximity to motorway.

The rooms are NOT soundproof as listed on Bookings.com description. The guests in the room next to me talked all night until 5am. They were not partying, but just talking. i could easily hear it through the walls all night.

good location and on-site parking

no staff, phone wasn’t working in room to order room service, I went downstairs and no staff were in the restaurant. no staff at front counter , r and phone for hotel and it put me on hold for about 15 minutes whilst I stood at front counter finally staff member came to counter and said he was the only staff member working . I just wanted dinner and it took up so much time trying to organise it

The parking, the room, comfy bed, staff were fabulous. Lovely lunch in the Stock Cafe. Location was great. Handy to the Highways we needed. Would definitely stay here again if I come back to the area.
