We were in town for an exteded weekend to attend a funeral. The views from this balcony gave us the peace we needed and so much more. There are three breathtaking views of the beach and the strip! Pool area is peaceful after dark... beach access only a minute from the building... nice area for walking

Booked the stay last minute as we wanted to stay at the beach for couple of nights
Wendy was amazing guiding us throughout the stay
Location wise it was our choice as we wanted to try something new.
The place is super clean and pictures doesn’t do it justice.
Building staff are super nice unlike pther places/hotels we stayed in before.
Even self parking was easy.

This property did not disappoint in any way. I am very particular about the cleanliness of where I stay so there was nothing like walking in to the smell of Clorox and freshness.
The beach items were a big hit and we took advantage of the chairs, umbrellas, cooler, and beach toys. The Beach Bar next door was a nice added bonus too although they close fairly early.
We would definitely return to this location.

Many pictures of the rooms listed online are altered or have weird angles making the pictures look better that what the rooms actually look like. The pictures of this place are exactly what you get. This place and the amenities are great, the manager is very polite and always available. We loved our stay and will be back.

vacation was amazing. Really enjoy3d the beach, our condo, and our traveling. The last 2 days was a major tropical storm with 10+ inches of rain, which caused us to stay inside, and the roads we flooded so no way in/out of many or all businesses.. Our condo leaked water in the spare room which cause water to leak into the living room the last day we were there. other than that a great time and great experience. Our host was very communicative with me about any and all questions/issues

Everything about this place is a dream. Easy check in, easy valet, efficient elevators. The condo itself is spectacular and Wendy is great to work with. Easy access to the beach, with all the supplies provided (chairs, cooler, boogie boards, umbrella). We will definitely be staying again.

We had a very nice stay here. Everything we needed was on site and the hosts were great to work with. We didn't have any issues and enjoyed our stay. I'd easily recommend staying here.

This place was perfect in every way! The condo was nice and clean and couldn’t ask for a better view and access to the beach was so convenient!
We had a blast as a family. The Walmart near by is perfect and there’s beach chairs, umbrellas and toys for the kids provided which was great.
The king bed was SO COMFORTABLE!
Only thing I’d recommend is having a few spare pillow cases available for the extra pillows.

Condo was as advertised. The only complaint we had to in other wise very lovely stay was that the people in the unit above us were quite noisy. I guess it is an old building. Other than that. It was a beautiful place and the owner was very responsive to all of our needs, I would recommend this place .

The condo was very comfortable and exactly what we were looking for on this vacation. The building is definitely older, but the management seems to take good care of it. The actual condo unit was great. Nicely decorated and very comfortable. The bed was really comfy and we slept great and it's a very quiet unit since it's at the end of the hall. Air conditioning worked great. It was super nice having the extra 1/2 bathroom too.
The building is right on the beach so it's just a quick trip down the elevator and then a very short walk to get to the sand.
The condo was super well-equipped with beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, boogie boards...everything you need to enjoy the beach.
The host was really quick to reply to my questions before and after I booked and they left some nice little snacks for us upon arrival.
We'd definitely stay here again next time we're in the area.

This property was very cozy and relaxing. The beach was fantastic and the host had toys for the kids and supplies for us to use at the beach. It was perfect for our family of 5. The building was quiet and the staff was friendly. I also appreciate that the host was communicatuve and very clear about directions and what to expect.

This was a well equipped with nice finishes and very responsive owners. Only negative which had nothing to do with this unit was that the service elevator was out of order so the wait for the others was long and often full of wet and sandy people. Easy access from the Fort Lauderdale airport.

Less than 5 minute walk to the beach and lots of beach accessories including chairs, umbrella and toys for the littles are included.
We appreciated the welcome basket with coffee and snacks. There is a Keurig as well as a coffee maker and plenty pans, plates and utensils to cook if you desire. The 7-11 is steps away and Walmart is an easy 10 minute walk.

We loved our stay here over Christmas! Everyone was friendly, the condo was adorable with a great view and had enough space for my family of 5. Easy access to the beach, pool and gym. I definitely recommend staying here!

This place was very comfy and had everything we could have needed. It was a great space for a family, allowing us to spread out a bit and make some meals in the kitchen. It was walking distance to a lot of things (beach, restaurants, the Broadwalk). Highly recommend.

Perfect stop for a quick stay before a cruise that offers more space than a hotel room.

This condo provided a comfortable stay. Only thing we might mention was that the unit was not stocked well. Unfortunately we assumed we would find the minimum stock for starter supplies, however sad to say we had no coffee our first morning. Two pots to include a kuerig but no pods, and there were no extra sheets for pull out couch. Once we were able to find a store open after the holiday, we were able to remedy the situation. :)
Attention to little details like that are always appreciated and can go a long way. Overall we really enjoyed the stay, the location is great and ppl were very nice!

This property is amazing and relaxing, exactly what I was needing. Beautiful and provides great beds/linen. Easy access to the beach and city. Building manager and valet were also exceptional. There was miscommunication regarding check out that caused some confusion. Overall excellent stay and host.

My wife and 2 kids (6 and 1.5) had a great experience staying at this property. The place had everything you may need for your home away from home. Everything was clean and the place well kept. Communication with the owner was a breeze. The location was awesome, steps away from the beach and close to lots of attractions. I would def recommend and stay at this place next time i'm traveling. Thank you to the hosts for providing a great travel experience.

Our stay at the apartment was refreshing and re-energizing! The place was clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. We were very close to the beach, and the pool was a nice option too. The wifi was fast. The laundry facilities were on the same floor which was convenient. Wendy let our small dog stay and it was very easy to take her out to go to the bathroom. Would definitely recommend!

I would have given 5 stars if it weren't for the problem at check-in with the door key code that didn't work, I spent more than an hour trying to contact the owner with no response by message or call, and the problem was only resolved after contacting with VRBO support, who also failed to contact the owner but managed to get in touch with someone else who knew the correct code for the door key.
Another negative point is the second bedroom that does not have air conditioning, the only way to make the room a little cooler was by using the fan or leaving the doors fully open to receive air from the living room.
Everything else is very clean and organized, well located, and very easy access to the beach, and everything is according to the description of the property.

it was as advertized. wendy communicates well. walk to beach. pool was salty and warm like the ocean. $10 a day for parking even very partial days and $30 rental for each key to outside doors that would be better to be included in the cost imo. we would stay again.

Great spot if you’re looking for easy beach access and beach vibes all around. You can definitely walk to the Hollywood boardwalk if you wanted, but it’s also maybe a 3 minute Uber if you choose to drive. Plenty to do near by and beautiful views of the ocean!

I loved the location and the condo itself was perfect for our stay. Windy was so great about contacting me about my questions and making sure our visit was well planned ahead of time. :)

Checking in was a major issue we felt unwelcome and the security guard was extremely rude and unhelpful. My 5 year old granddaughter asked, "why is the man so mean and mad"? (Unacceptable) it was surrounding the confusion of the key and code, made us use a service elevator to take our luggage to room only to learn the elevator in front would have sufficed. Honestly felt culture/race played a part in treatment.
