Needed more thorough cleaning, Mold in the bathroom and sink area

One of the room is facing flyover,thus it was noisy during the night. My friend has swap the room for me so I can have a flood sleep. 😁.

It was near to the airport

Due to a malfunctioning air-conditioning unit, we were compelled to switch rooms, relocating from the 9th floor to the 7th floor. However, our unfortunate streak continued as the new room presented similar issues - the air-conditioner still failed to function optimally, and to add to our woes, the water in the toilet did not drain properly. Consequently, after taking a shower, the water accumulated on the floor, creating an unpleasant situation.

It’s fast response to call and able to reserve a room for me in short period

I don’t prefer staying lower floor as it’s much noisy than staying at upper floor

Spacious room with adequate facilities

The door of the bath room wet area was not sealed properly so water could leak out to the dry area and the room curtain was not able to keep the sun fully out which disrupted my sleep.
