Sea Crest Hotel is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday with opportunities to experience the local life. The Manager Gabriel, Receptionist Winni and the rest of the staff, do what they can to make your stay as perfect as possible. Whether it's shopping or trips. They do everything they can to ensure that you get a perfect experience. The Breakfast was super - A mix of International and local food - Fresh fruit and juice every day. And for lunch, snack and dinner there was also a mix of International and local food to choose from. The room was big and comfortable with a perfect sea view. I hope to come back some day.

It would be nice with some better sunbeds :)

La disponibilità disarmante del manager, Gabriel e della ragazza alla reception. Nonostante le innumerevoli problematiche della struttura hanno cercato, seppur con minimi risultati, di sistemare le cose. Ma purtroppo, la struttura è fatiscente e la proprietà non vuole saperne di mettere mano al portafoglio. Davvero complimenti al manager che è consapevole di tutte le problematiche della struttura e più e più volte ha chiesto scusa per i disagi patiti.

Quasi tutto quello che viene pubblicizzato come servizi su Booking non corrisponde a verità. Solo a titolo esemplificativo ma non esaustivo, manca il bidet, mancano le pantofole in camera, o meglio ci sono, ma sono delle pantofole usate, vecchissime e consumate, si rischia di prendere qualche fungo ad utilizzarle. Non ci sono frigoriferi nelle stanze, mi è stato portato dopo 5 giorni dall’inizio del soggiorno dopo mia richiesta e solo dopo che gli ospiti di una stanza che lo aveva sono andati via. Non c’è il bollitore in camera. Le televisioni, se pur presenti, non sono collegate a nessuna antenna. Lavandini otturati che in 14 giorni non sono riusciti a sistemare. Piscina con tutto il fondo scrostato. Per raggiungere la spiaggia privata bisogna attraversare attraverso una non sicura scala sgarrupata, un, non so come definirlo, pollaio/discarica. Il problema più grande della struttura è un malfunzionamento dell’impianto elettrico in quanto, a detta del manager, il proprietario non vuole acquistare uno stabilizzatore di corrente, apparecchio che tutti gli altri hotel hanno e che ha lo scopo di dare la giusta potenza alla struttura. La mancanza di questo apparecchio comporta non poche difficoltà, ovvero: impossibilità di utilizzare l’aria condizionata, corrente che salta di continuo, mancanza di acqua sia calda che fredda in quanto l’acqua viene portata alla struttura tramite delle cisterne messe sopra il tetto. Cisterne che per pompare l’acqua necessitano di una pompa elettrica, che senza la giusta potenza va in blocco, anche decine di volte al giorno e necessita lo sblocco manuale. Innumerevoli volte, sia di giorno che di notte, ho visto il manager salire sul tetto per far ripartire la pompa. Le cose miglioravano quando attaccavano il generatore di corrente ma solo quando avevano il carburante. Giornate intere senza corrente e senza acqua.

Nice location - with access to the beach and local restaurants nearby, great service - staff was friendly. We had a great stay and enjoyed the friendly service and buffet breakfast.

The menu had limited options and I kinda like my foods to have flavor.

The location was beautiful and looks just like, if not better than the pictures. The staff was super friendly and were always ready to help. The room was clean and we got a new towel everyday. You also get complimentary shampoo, shower gel and toothbrush. The food was good. You have to go down some stairs and walk a minute to get to the beach, but that's no problem. They have some sunbeds and security to watch your things while you swim. Highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for some quite and relaxation.

They didn't have appetizers/snacks on the menu, so if you feel peckish but not hungry you'll just have to order a meal. The stairs down to the beach have no railing, so if you have an impairment you'll struggle. But the stairs are wide so you don't fear you'll fall.

The environment was peaceful and really quiet. Coming back from a day’s tour deserves that quietness. The staff, the were fantastic. Very welcoming and always had that smile on their faces. Let’s talk about the room. One word describes it… Manifique. Breakfast was spot on and served on time. A big thank you to all those at Sea Crest who made our stay an incredible experience. 🙏🏽

I recommend the install ceiling fans in the restaurant area to deal with the heat sometimes. Also, they should provision to start selling alcohol on site(Bar) as they’re will be guests like us who will fancy a sip. Also, dustbins or wastebasket should be made available in rooms.
