Spacious family house with 6 BDRMS/5 BTRMS to beach/board walk.
Nouvelle maison familiale à Seaside Heights avec planchers de bois franc. Magnifiquement décoré avec des comptoirs en granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable, entièrement meublé et WiFi!
Seule une courte distance de marche de la promenade, des plages, des restaurants et de la vie nocturne. Les chambres comprennent une suite parentale privée (lit king size) avec salle de bain complète au 2ème étage et le 3ème étage dispose de 4 chambres, chaque chambre comprenant 1 grand lit et 1 grand lit avec salle de bain privée. Il y a une terrasse pour vous détendre et un barbecue au propane est suffisant pour nourrir une grande famille. Il dispose également d'un espace de stationnement pour 4 voitures.

Big house with plenty of room to accommodate a huge family, loved the 4 bedrooms upstairs, they all have double beds with their own private bath. The house was immaculate and Hong was great, got back to you quickly if you had a question and house also came with plenty of beach passes.

The house was wonderful. There were enough rooms to accommodate 9 family members with extra room. Beach was just a short walk away. The property owner was great and answered all questions quickly and was very friendly. I would recommend this house for a great and comfortable stay.

Great Seaside experience
This house is the perfect layout for a large group with lots of privacy AND great shared spaces. The owner is very helpful and accommodating. Also responded VERY quickly to any communication. We highly recommend this property for your Seaside stay!

Spacious and pleasant - but needs some updates
In all, we had a great time. Hong was very responsive and easy to work with. The house is large and not far from the beach. It absolutely suited our needs for an extended family getaway at a reasonable price! That said, it does need some updates and more attention to cleanliness. Half of the mattresses were quite hard and the heater was on the fritz when we came in (managed to troubleshoot it, fortunately).
We had a lovely time and I would recommend this rental for others.

Property was not in good shape
Although Hong was very nice and did respond and fix some of the issues, the house was in very poor condition.. showers and beds were broken, blinds and closet and doors were too. We paid a lot of money to stay for a week and the beds were so hard my son slept on the couch.

The property and location are FANTASTIC! I think you would have a hard time trying to find a better vacation rental in Seaside for the price. We had 12 adults and everyone enough space to relax - the 5 bathrooms were a HUGE plus for our group. The property being walking distance to the beach & boardwalk was amazing. My only critique would be the mattress quality (ranging from poor - just OK) but other than that, everything was perfect.

Winter weekend get away
Nice spacious home, easy walk to boardwalk/beach. Large kitchen and living room area. Some of the beds were hard. All in all worked very well for our group down for the Polar Plunge.

Beautiful home
House was very clean and updated. Check in and check out process easy. He even let us check out late with no problem. Close to boardwalk. Only downside were the beds. In the main floor king bedroom it wasn’t even a mattress it was a box spring very uncomfortable. Rest of beds were hard too but not as bad as king bed.

Great location
Being 4 blocks from the boardwalk/beach, this house location is hard to beat. Parking for 4 cars was convenient and street parking was not hard to find during the week.
Other reviews mentioned the beds were hard - I definitely agree. Mattresses do not provide much support.
The host was responsive and our request for more towels was quickly answered within the same day. We were also allowed to check in early since the previous guests had already left and cleaning was complete.
The house came with beach badges and a number of beach chairs + umbrellas. This was very helpful.
The kitchen was stocked with cookware + plateware. The grocery store is less than 5 minutes away which made the location even better.

Family Vacation
We had a great time. The house was spacious and accommodating for our large family. The owner was very pleasant and easy to get a hold of when needed. Our only complaint was the extremely hard beds/mattresses.

As Advertised
Our group of 15 stayed here for a friend’s wedding in Point Pleasant and found this place to be a great value. It was clean, easily fit all of us with 9 total mattresses, and Hong was extremely accessible/helpful. Like other reviews, we found the mattresses to be extremely firm. All in all, it was a great place to stay and we had a positive experience.

Enjoyable weekend!!
We rented this house with a few families over Father’s Day weekend and all had a great time. The open floor plan on the main level and the spacious bedrooms upstairs made for a very convenient setup. Owner was very responsive to questions and was accommodating on check in/check out times. Location is a short walk to beach with restaurants also in walking distance.
Two downside items of the house was the uncomfortable beds and lack of certain cooking items. We have notified the owner of these and he assured us he will be addressing.
Overall a great weekend was had by both parents and children.

Prom Weekend 2019 (Seaside Heights NJ)
The cleaning staff and owner were very friendly in welcoming us for the weekend. We very much enjoyed our stay with the upstairs multi-duo bedroom / bathrooms. Loads of space, with a nice deck.

Absolutely outstanding!!!!
First off, this has to be the best shore house we’ve ever stayed in!!! The place was immaculate when we arrived. The whole house so so spacious we almost didn’t want to leave the premises. We were provided with beach passes which came in super handy! This house literally has everything we needed. From the large bedroom to wide open kitchen and living room! Private parking!!! Nice size deck which to catch the sun and stars with! We’re planning on perhaps another trip this summer!!! Simply AMAZING!!!!!

Easiest trip of my life
I had no trouble at all booking and staying at this house. The owner was incredibly kind and accessible, and answered all of our questions immediately. Only complaint was the uncomfortable beds but we didn't mind at all considering how wonderful the house was otherwise. Highly recommend this property.
