The receptionist both during check in and check out were very friendly, fast and helpful, provided clear explanation about the entry and exit to hotel and breakfast details for the next morning. The bed was comfortable enough for a short stay. Water pressure in the toilet were good. Room was clean.

There was no kettle in the room, even though there were plastic jugs and glasses. The hotel location is in a quiet area so a little risky for solo female travelers to walk alone to the nearby 7-Eleven to buy water at night. There was no telephone to call reception as well. No basic toiletries. The breakfast was poor. Need to walk to a nearby cafe which was fine but the food could be improved. Only one person manning the counter and preparing food hence the delay.
