Great location with excellent views, a comfortable experience with everything you need in an apartment. Accessible from Como by funicular and walking, by bike or car.

The view was amazing. We could see all the way to Milan. It is a nice new property, with new good quality furniture. Clean and comfortable. Good quality kitchen. Very friendly host. A really small village with a butcher, fruit vendor and a simple grocery store. Several restaurants that serve the tourists. Nice walks and hikes. If you are looking for that authentic Italian mountain village, this is your place.
The drive up to Brunate may be challenging for some people. We managed fine with a 9 seater van (for me it was a part of the charm). The shops etc are about 1km away (but we actually liked that).

The place is wonderful, high quality from the build to the WiFi to the kitchen et al. Quiet, comfortable, clean. Simply great.

We loved everything!
The house owner’s warm welcome, location, silence and beautiful nature.
We lived in a mountain village, in a very well equipped apartments with our own balcony and spectacular view of the Como lake. We travelled by car, so there weren’t any troubles with moving around. We also used the funicular to go to Como, which is in 15 minutes walking distance from the house.
The location is perfect for a calm vacation with an ability of some trips to the nearest cities.
If we will be in this place again sometimes, we will definitely stop here.

Air conditioning which is vital for the stifling summer, clean, well equipped kitchen ,sleepers provided. There is a bedroom ,living room, not studio.
It is located between the funicular and bus no. 5. both about 16 minutes'walking,Pleasant walking with few traffic and fresh air. ln the first time, In the train station the staff of tourist information adviced me to take the taxi it costed 25€.It was worthwhile since it took 30minutes up the curly hill .The host is very kind. The apartment is new, nicely decorated ,spacious,comfortable and agradable. The bus no.5 goes to the train station .Good option if carrying light luggage after checked out.
From the apartment just walk down to the cathedral the bus station is nearby. Buy the ticket in the kiosk 1.3€ with exact fare just when the bus arrived
valid1.5hours .The bus runs hourly. The funicular railway costs 5.5€ up and down.
