Super duży pokój i szafa, łazienka przestronna i czysta. Klimatyzacja bez zarzutu, blisko do wszystkiego i bardzo pomocna obsługa.

Trés bon emplacement à proximité de 2 très belles cascades facilement accessible en voiture. La résidence construite dans un beau parc est récente et bien équipée. Le petit-déjeuner est parfait. l'établissement est un peu isolé le long de la grande route mais assure la restauration.

Rien, l'hôtel a répondu à nos attentes. Nous avons simplement regretté d'y faire halte début novembre ce qui est un peu tôt dans la saison.

-Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Sprachen gut Englisch und waren hilfsbereit. Haben uns gratis das E-Visa für Kambodscha ausgedruckt. -Das Frühstückbuffet war hauptsächlich im asiatischen Style und sehr lecker. -Zimmer waren sehr modern. Alles hat funktioniert incl dem Internet. Ausserdem war das Bad im europäischen Style mit seperater Dusche. -Das ganze Hotel war sehr sauber.

-Der Frühstücksraum war an einigen Tagen sehr überfüllt. Für die Grösse des Hotels ist der Raum zu klein. -Der Pool auf dem Dach ist wie bereits oft erwähnt, nicht sehr gemütlich. Wir haben ihn nie benutzt

メコン川沿いに建つ新しいホテルです。 部屋も綺麗で窓からはメコン川が望め快適です。 朝食は６時半には用意されていて十分美味しいです。 ホテルの目の前にはメコン川が流れ、夕日と朝日がとても綺麗です。 屋上のプールはこの時期（11月中旬）は少し冷たいです。 スタッフは若くそしてとても親切です。 レンタルバイクもここで借りる事が出来ます。 またシーパードンへ行くバスもここで手配出来ます。 また現在この付近は洪水対策の工事が行われており、完成すると賑やかな場所になると思います。

excellent petit-déjeuner buffet en libre service; bon et copieux. La piscine sur le toit est bien agréable après une chaude journée de transport ou de visites. Personnel sympathique.

Les abords actuellement en travaux sont en amélioration ce qui sera un plus pour l'hotel.

After roughing it a bit at Si Phan, this place seemed quite luxurious. Nice rooftop pool, good breakfast, good size room with view of the Mekong, extremely clean, huge bed! The staff were very pleasant. The roadworks that a few reviews mentioned didn't bother us at all. Local dining options are limited, but for Thai Lao fusion food, head out the hotel front door and turn left and then take the first left street. Walk approx 100 or so metres to just beyond the 2 zebra crossings and on the right is Cham Pahom Restaurant. From the outside it looks a bit rough but it's actually very interesting and quirky on the inside, full of antiques and curios. The food is excellent and inexpensive, ice cold beer. Run by an interesting Thai bloke with great staff.

So beautiful! Exactly what we needed, wish we had more time there. Beautiful views and good facilities. So much variety for breakfast. Organised airport shuttle for us easily, definitely recommend!

The hotel canceled our reservation early afternoon the day we arrived as it was closed! while remaining open to reservations! Lack of seriousness not acceptable. In addition, difficult to obtain the actual cancellation.

Pool at the top is a great place for relaxing with a good view. Plenty of loungers and pool is refreshing. Rooms were clean and tidy and A/C worked well. Staff helped us book transfers.

Nothing close by, get your walk on and you’ll find something close by ( a couple of local food places/pharmacy etc) Nothing really to do close by either so just keep that in mind.

Nice modern fancy hotel. Good buffet breakfast. Pleasant staff. On the bank of the Mekong River.

12 minute walk to town center which is a bit far from restaurants and booking agencies. Best to rely on agencies to pick up for transfers by bus and minivans.

The people were very friendly and the room was great.

Breakfast was a little disappointing for us (only a little),but other people might easily have like it more. The roadworks outside were more of an irritation!

Great hotel, breakfast was nice, beds are very comfortable and huge. The pool was also really nice on the rooftop.

Location is a bit far a 15 to 20 minute walk. We did not mind that much. But good to know.

This was our 2nd visit to this hotel and the staff were even friendlier, particularly on front desk and they also happily printed paperwork we required. The room was modern, clean, daily housekeeping with bottled water provided, and a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. They let us leave our backpacks with them for a few days so we could go off exploring and they booked our minivan to Don Khone - bit more expensive than advertised elsewhere, but the best minivan experience we have had in Laos. Located close to town and restaurants and great view of the river and sunsets from rooftop Pool. We would definitely return a 3rd time.

If you enjoy Asian breakfast it's fine, but if you prefer Western options this was limited. Fried eggs were available in a big dish, but were cold. Coffee was also only just warm. I stuck to cornflakes and fruit. Not an issue for us but there are roadworks all along the road outside the hotel which could have implications for anyone with mobility issues. Hopefully the new road will be completed soon.

really nice staff and hotel. rooms were so comfortable and they have options for transport to other destinations. we didn’t go to the swimming pool but it seemed to be nice

Nice big rooms and a good Bfeakfast

No plug socket near to a mirror for my Wife to do her hair. Noise from people in the corridor and also noise from the restaurant travelled all through the hotel even with us being on the top floor. Location not that good
