The place is beautiful and the rooms are spacious. The breakfast is amazing. The staff is friendly and generous with great hospitality. The rooms are very spacious.
Perhaps due to influences of loadshedding, the water was lukewarm and it was a rather cold weekend

The hosts really know their story. Abalone is a home away from home. We received a very warm welcome on arrival, the breakfast was absolutely delicious and the cupcakes takes the cup. We highly recommend it & will definitely go back without a doubt.
It's definitely the shower head in our bedroom with my husband. I felt it was very noisy and not ideal for the standard of the bedroom as the owner's have done a great job investing in good quality furniture.

It is a nice and cozy place with the most welcoming of hosts. It is quite, private and the breakfast was nice. The location was ideal for my purposes visit in PE. The rooms were clean and fresh.

We had a wonderful one night stay at Abalone Guest House. The rooms were spotlessly clean and spacious. Appreciated the kettle, microwave and fridge, with some coffee, tea & milk supplied. The bed was very comfortable with lovely linen. Would definitely recommend this guest house.

The owners were incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home. The breakfast was excellent each day. Location fantastic. Rooms were good size and bed comfortable. Decent shower and fantastic pool area.
Struggled to sleep with the heat / noises from adjoining rooms. You can hear the other guests TVs and snoring. The ceiling fan was very loud when trying to sleep but too hot to not have it on. Safe wasn’t working.
