en el desayuno faltaba producto, el servicio iba siempre detrás y tarde, no había cubiertos, cuencos. pero era aceptable. en el gimnasio falta un ‘yoga mat’ (esterilla) para poder hacer abdominales y estirar. el suelo es duro y no se pueden hacer ejercicios de suelo. y no me gustó que la gente fumara dentro del hotel, siempre había humo y olor a tabaco ajjjj.

The location was excellent the food was excellent the staff were so nice and helpful especially Omayma. Definitely will come back again

j'ai demandé à trois reprises de me donner la télécommande de la télé. malgré que j'ai appelé trois fois , il ne m'ont envoyé personne. j'ai passé deux jours sans télé à cause qu'il n'y a pas de télé commande. en plus ils n'ont pas de room service. pour avoir une bouteille d'eau il faut descendre en bas pour l'acheter

The room was comfortable and the shower was amazing. Front desk staff and the concierge & guardians were excellent.

The rooms were adequately cleaned on the surface, but under certain appliances you could tell that it had been a while. The room smelled strange when I walked in. Breakfast was adequate.

Nice, clean, standard hotel experience. We had a good room, with working AC. They helped arrange a taxi to the airport for our very early flight home, which was very useful and right on time. Breakfast buffet is a great option for those who want to have a big meal on property, a mix of mostly western and Moroccan. You are able to walk to a lot of tourist sites, and we were happy to have a convenience store right across the road.

Room was spacious and the breakfast was good.

The room was not very clean and our air conditioning did not work. We did report it but it wasn’t fixed.

The awfullest hotel I've ever stayed in!!!! 🤬The receptionist was shouting on me 😨 He doesn’t show any respect on my easy request of bring a non plastic mugs in my room!!! First they don’t respect women at all! Second they are not willing to help 😡 (The hotel has a restaurant where they can easily take cups and bring to my room, but they did not do that) The room was much smaller than on photos, breakfast was same everyday, during the cleaning the cleaners threw away my not finished fruit and cheese, that was on the table DO NOT RECOMEND

Location was perfect! Close to the Casa Voyageur train station so it was easy catching the train to other parts of the country. Breakfast was great too and the room was clean!
